Southampton Cottage with a Saltwater Heated Pool on a corner lot. The property is a 3 bedroom house featuring one king bed and two queen beds, House is centrally located minutes from the Town Southampton and equally distant from both Ocean and Bay Beaches on the Southfork of Long Island. House is fully stocked with Kitchen equipment for summer cooking and backyard dinners on the deck next to the Pool. The backyard has a grill with a marble prep table. The house is also comfortable for a cozy winter getaways in the woods with a fireplace.
