My name is Max and I have been a VRBO host in New Orleans since 2018. I always used to come down for events and festivals. I was presented with the opportunity to move here and host guests weekly as I used to do myself! It meant so much for me to have a great space to come back to after a fun day in the city, and I strive to provide that for each and every one of my guests! I am here as much or as little as needed, but my goal is to provide a great stay in our home!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great due to the location. You'll be able to walk just a few blocks for convenience stores, bars, restaurants and local favorites. My favorite bar in the city, Pepp's Pub, is located just 5 blocks straight down the road from here. If needed, Uber/Lyft rides are fairly cheap and quick for Frenchmen St, The French Quarter and CBD areas. You also would fully be able to make the walk to most of those if you choose. The home is equipped with off street and gated parking for safety and convenience.
What makes this property unique
This property is great because of the renovation work, decor and amenities. Its effectively a double master 2BR space. It is quite open and large for a 2BR space. The parking and proximity to the downtown areas are the best perks of the space. You also are super close to food, drinks and much more!
