The unit was dirty when we arrived. We had a total of two bath towels and one wash cloth to share between two people. It is doubtful the towels were that clean too. When we asked for additional wash clothes, hand towels and bath mat we were told the onsite service was notified and will bring them. There is no onsite service and we had to spend time out of our day to go buy those items because they were never delivered. I suspect the host was an AI chatbox, but they said they weren’t. The sheets were also dirty. The tub didn’t drain. Also, there is no trash can, so we had to have trash bag just sitting on the floor. Staying at a motel 6 would have provided better service and might have been cleaner. Host did not offer any type of partial refund for our troubles
