Nice setup with a two bedroom apartment downstairs with its own kitchen and bath.Works out great for the kids downstairs and the adults upstairs!Plenty of stuff to do at the house with cornhole ringtoss and putt putt!Very responsive and very easy checkout process compared to most of the other keys rentals.

Wonderful stay on canal. Private. .Tastefully and comfortably decorated house. Clean. Lots of outdoor amenities. Pool, hot tub, putting green. Corn hole boards. We absolutely loved hanging out under the tiki hut and chatting. Grill was a definite bonus. Felt like we didnt need to go anywhere. Such a relaxing week. Ty.Very responsive . Would stay again

It was definitely an oasis for the family keys trip. The home was exactly as described and the process of checking in and out was one of the easiest I have ever experienced. We will be making this our home on our next Keys trip next year and many years to come.

Sometimes pictures look amazing and home falls short in person, not the case here. A beautiful home and an awesome vacation place. Clean, safe, and conveniently located. Our family had a wonderful time. Great communication from host. One detail that I think could be represented more accurately from the owner/property manager is that one of the upstairs "bedrooms" is more like a loft, as part of the vaulted ceiling is open to the living room. It has full height walls, but the ceiling is open and the sound travels heavily between the living room. Really no privacy for this room and I personally would not consider it an actual bedroom. For us it was ok as my younger daughter slept in this room, but it would have not worked had we needed another bedroom with privacy. I expected that I booked a five-bedroom house, but it did not feel that way.
