The house provides everything needed to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities. There is an expansive deck, with an enclosed heated area, and a large gas grill. The entire deck provides breathtaking views of Lake Superior and Moose Mountain from its premium mountaintop location. Below the deck is a fire pit.

Inside you will find wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows facing Moose Mountain, inviting in the outdoors. The spacious living space is open and welcoming. It features a chef's kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a unique stone-surround fireplace, perfect for those cold winter nights.

The timber frame game room is separate from the living room. Here you will find a ping pong table, a foosball table, a craft table, and a closet full of games giving many options while relaxing at home. Each area of the home allows for both privacy and groups of people to gather.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The bedrooms are spread out throughout the house. You will find one on the main level, one off the game room, and two on each end of the upper level. This gives each bedrooms a private a sense of privacy, like having your own sanctuary in this spacious home.

Blue House is ski-in/ski-out to Lutsen Mountains for advanced skiers only. Other skiers will want to walk the short distance to Bridge Run and access the ski hill from down the road.
