The Lutsen Lodge is a great place to stay with a large group of friends. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The host is super helpful and very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend staying here!

Peaceful cabin in the woods

Spacious, peaceful and clean cabin for our party of 12. Plenty of room to spread out in this well-equipped cabin! Great location!

Nice cozy stay. Plenty of room and vaulted ceiling makes it very comfortable. Definitely had a relaxing time.

Peace in the trees

Very nice, large cabin with great layout. Perfect location for utilizing Lutsen Resort and other North Shore attractions. Close proximity to excellent hiking trails as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Golf and hiking Weekend

11 of us stayed at the house and it was a perfect spot! Great location and communication with the host! Spacious and clean and plenty of things in the kitchen to use!

Relaxing home away from home.

We all needed a vacation, and utilized the relaxing cabin as needed. We made breakfast and dinner in the kitchen on some days and went out to close by locations on others. Best year up north so far!

Wonderful!

This property was perfect for a family getaway! Plenty of space to enjoy time together or find a quiet place to relax alone. Lots of thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home. Easy to find and close to numerous north shore attractions, but secluded and serene. 1000% recommend!

property was nice, it was hot when we came up so we missed our air. Totally understand that hot days are very few up North. Very accommodating for our grown family.

Family weekend

This home was perfect for our multiple family get together. The floor layout worked so well, each family had thier own space/floor and bathroom. The firewood stove (with wood already stacked and available) and record player made it so cozy during the rainy weather. The hosts have detailed instructions for quirks and rules of the house along with local emergency numbers and fun places to visit, which is so helpful and appreciated. The hosts were also quick to respond with any additional questions. You can tell they put a lot of time and care into this rental space. I would rate this cabin 10/10. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend. been happier with our stay.

Beautiful and Spacious Vacation Home

Our extended family of 9 people stayed at this vacation home and it exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was modern and well-appointed with everything we could possibly need to enjoy meals together. The kitchen/dining room/great room is very open concept with large windows overlooking the woods. It is very private with no views of any neighboring homes but also close to amenities and activities in the Lutsen area. There were three separate lounging areas with plenty of room for watching movies, reading, and playing games. The home is stocked with both adult and children games and books for down time. The linens were high quality and the home was in pristine condition. The outdoor spaces were also amazing. There is a fire pit in the back yard and a huge wrap around deck with plenty of seating to enjoy coffee and conversation. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this beautiful home and can’t wait to go again!

We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with two small children can be a challenge, but this house made it easy. It is incredibly kid-friendly, equipped with plastic kitchenware, a bathroom step stool, and sound machines in the bedrooms. The home was spotless and featured several thoughtful touches often missing in other rentals, such as quality toiletries, Ziploc bags, and Kleenex. Since we were there to ski at Lutsen Mountains, the boot and glove dryer in the basement was a huge plus! We also loved the selection of books and games. It was a relief not to have to pack our entire house. Having the essentials provided made our trip so much more relaxing.

We first went to Lutsen as couple for a weekend getaway, and over time spent more of our summer and fall there, as our family grew - we started introducing our kids to the joy of the north shore. We purchased this property in October 2022 and have spent the last 10 months making it our own with an eye toward having it serve as a hosting property as well.

We hope that your family and friends will find this as special a place as we do and make memories for years to come.
