The Space:

Step inside to discover a warm and inviting home designed for comfort, gathering, and easy vacation living. The living room can accommodate everyone with two couches, two armchairs, a smart TV, and a cast iron indoor fireplace—perfect for movie nights or rainy-day relaxation. The kitchen comes well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Duo for your morning brew, a lobster pot for true Maine dining, and counter seating for two. A separate dining table for six makes shared meals simple and enjoyable. A nearby sitting room adds flexibility with a small breakfast table and a dedicated work desk that offers sit-to-stand functionality and an extra monitor.



For extra fun, the game room delivers entertainment for all ages with a pull-out couch, smart TV, Pac-Man arcade cabinet, Hook 21, chess, Wii, Connect 4, and a full collection of board games. When it’s time to head to the beach, you’re fully equipped—eight beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrella, snorkel gear, and toys make shoreline days effortless. Outdoor games like bocce ball and ladder golf bring the fun back home, rounding out a thoughtful stay that blends relaxation, recreation, and classic coastal charm. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a Pack N' Play.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 4 twin size beds.



The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower, another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. The two car garage is also available for parking.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras:

(1) is a doorbell camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the front walk,

(2) located on the floodlights of the garage side door of the house and actively monitoring the driveway.

• High chair provided.

• Propane bbq grill provided.

• There are four Adirondack chairs surrounding fire pit in back yard, as well as a picnic table in the side yard.

• Universal Tesla EV Charger is available for guest use. Allows for both NACS and J1772 charging via a built-in adapter.
