Damage Protection - The damage protection fee is a one time fee for your stay. Its non-refundable, but covers for damages up to $1500 that may occur. This is an insurance policy that is required for your stay. Ask me if you have any questions about this.
Refundable Damage Deposit - The $100 damage deposit is to make sure all rules are followed. I have had problems with guest staying past 10:00 a.m. check out causing my cleaning service to charge me a fee. If you are still in the condo when the cleaning service arrives you will not get your deposit back. Smoking cigarettes or weed is not allowed inside the condo. If it smells like smoke or weed upon checkout the $100 will not be refunded.
We often get multiple inquiries for dates that sometimes overlap. A reservation is only confirmed when payment has been made. We cannot guarantee dates until they are paid for. Property comes in an AS IS condition. If guests are unhappy with condition of property for any reason, the owner still reserves the right to retain any and all payments made by guest(s) and will be the owners discretion to refund any payments made. Owner has the right to cancel any reservation and give full refund for amount that was paid.
