INDOOR: Full-Bathroom-1 updates complete. Wall art, ottomans, and head boards finished. OUTDOOR: Patio has been power washed & regrouted. ALL outdoor items delivered but not staged yet (ie patio table/chairs, gas grill, gas firepit, Adirondack chairs & string lights). Outdoor shower power washed. We have a full backyard that’s large, mostly fenced and completely private (patio area is private). We are raking next weekend & will show more pictures of the place staged. Unwind in a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, full fridge (situated in breezeway), wine fridge (situated in kitchen), coffee, tea & espresso station, dishwasher, and essentials for easy meals. Some notes regarding the back yard -This home was purchased Nov 2025 so new outdoor pictures are still pending due to snow. We’ve done a lot of work so far like removing many trees and overgrown bushes.

This is a non smoking home and we do not allow pets. No candles allowed. There are no exceptions to these rules.

If you are not a caring, thoughtful, responsible renter, this home is not for you. We are unable to rent to anyone under the age of 24 unless accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Age requirement
If you are booking as a group, please confirm that all members of your group are 24 years of age or older. Families with kids, children, teens are welcome of course! But they need to be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
