It’s a really cute place and very clean. The size of the vrbo is perfect for two people, as you’re not wasting a bunch of extra bedrooms but you’re also not squeezed in super tight and crawling over each other. It’s also very close to the center of downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to rockaway.

We loved the place! The size of the house and the fenced yard were perfect for us. The only issue was the first night the power strip shorted out and the plug for the fireplace could’ve caught fire, it burned the power strip, so we were without tv and internet the first couple days, but we were at the beach so not too much of a loss. Overall we enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to everything including the beach. The fenced yard was perfect for our little dogs! We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for staying at Easy Street Cottage and for the thoughtful review. We're glad the layout, fenced yard, and beach access made your visit easy for you and your dogs. We appreciate you flagging the power strip—it's been replaced and an electrician inspected the fireplace outlet so future stays have full service. We’d be happy to welcome you back on your next trip to the coast.

Adorable little house. Was in a great location, short walk to the beach. Back yard is much closer to other neighbor's yard/houses than expected. Overall great experience!! Thank you for sharing this little piece of Heaven!
