Offering casual elegance in sunny south Kihei, our condo has a warm and inviting atmosphere, guaranteed to provide the ideal setting for fun and relaxation. Our spacious private lanai looks to the ocean through the interior of this quiet complex, offering views of the expansive lawns, pools, and lush tropical landscape of palm trees, hibiscus, birds of paradise and plumeria trees as well as views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean with the islands of Kahoolawe and Molokini in the distance. There are two pools, two barbeque areas, a covered pavilion, and a full size tennis court on the property. The beautifully landscaped Hale Kamaole complex is directly across from Kamaole III State Beach Park, one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in the Islands. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, jogging, picnicking, kite flying, and especially enjoying amazing sunsets and whale watching. Wonderful Keawakapu Beach is a very short walk away. The complex is at the quiet end of South Kihei, yet within easy walking distance of Kihei’s shops and restaurants.
Newly installed gleaming bamboo floors throughout our condo luxuriously complement new and tropically themed furniture. Elegant plantation shutters have been newly installed in both bedrooms. The walls are adorned with stunning new photographic art. The new sofa couch in the living room opens to a queen sized bed with a super comfortable double coiled mattress. The main floor bedroom contains a comfortable king bed and has plentiful storage. Upstairs, the private master bedroom is newly furnished with a king bed furniture suite and its own en-suite bath.
Our pictures cannot keep up with the improvements we've made! We have just installed a brand new stainless steel stove, fridge, and microwave as well as an ultra quiet stainless steel Bosch dishwasher. The full size washer and high efficiency dryer in the unit are brand new. We've also just installed a 48" SMART TV and a high definition Digital Video Recorder. Our cable subscription includes the Digital Variety and HD Entertainment Paks with over 300 TV channels.
The kitchen is roomy, modern and fully stocked.
Our lanai closet contains everything you need for your beach experience: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and beach toys.
While the breezes through our 3rd (top) floor condo are wonderful and allow for open windows, the condo has air conditioning in the living room as well as both bedrooms and there are ceiling fans throughout. Soaring cathedral ceilings contribute to the spacious atmosphere. An elevator in our building makes loading luggage, groceries and activities gear a breeze. Enjoy complimentary high speed Internet and free long distance phone calls back to the mainland and Canada.
Hale Kamaole is very accessible to many destinations that will make your stay on Maui memorable: Haleakala, Up Country, the Road to Hana, and so much more. Situated a mile and a half south of our condo, The Shops at Wailea is Hawaii's ultimate destination for unforgettable shopping. Top off your visit with leisurely dining at a fine restaurant to match your mood and taste – casual to elegant, familiar American fare to exciting Pacific Rim cuisine.
Wailea Golf Club, whose championship Gold, Emerald and Blue courses boast breathtaking ocean views from every hole, is just a short distance away. Home to the Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, Kihei is an excellent place to spot the vast mammals. Head out on a boat charter, eco-tour, rafting trip or fairway, or rent a car and drive the coastline to volcanoes Haleakala and Puu Kukui. Meet with the Hale Kamaole complex's on-site concierge who can assist you in planning your island activities.
We are less than 30 minutes from Wailuku, Kahului and the Kahului Airport. Our new digital coded door lock makes for a convenient check in.
We don't charge a booking fee. We don't charge for extra guests, and we waive the cleaning fee ($165 + tax) for stays of 7 nights or more. There's no resort or amenity fees. Even the parking is free.

Payments can be made by cheque, money order, bank draft, or credit card through Homeaway Payments. A deposit of $300. is due at the time of booking; the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Stays less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $165. plus tax. Please note that if you utilize the On-Line Booking feature for a stay of less than 7 nights, I will need to issue you an amended quote to allow for the cleaning fee. You then accept this amended quote and payment request to secure your reservation.
During holiday periods, a minimum stay of 14 nights is required. Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m. No late check outs; if you have a late flight, we encourage you to consider booking an extra night to allow yourself use of the unit that day.
Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date; forfeit the full advance payment unless re-rented. If unit can be re-rented, then a pro-rated refund will be issued. A $50 administration fee will apply.
