Il n'y a pas de temps pour s'ennuyer dans cette maison unifamiliale! La cour arriÚre est équipée d'un bain à remous de 8 pieds, d'un barbecue et d'un foyer au gaz pour les smores. Jeux à gogo avec table de billard de 9 pieds ou ping-pong. Il y a beaucoup de place pour regarder la télévision séparément. Deux espaces de vie équipés de grands téléviseurs à écran plat intelligents. Trois chambres ont également des téléviseurs à grand écran. Grand dressing a un futon et une télévision pour une chambre à coucher supplémentaire et de l'intimité. Un matelas pneumatique et de nombreux canapés permettent à 14 personnes de dormir confortablement.
L'emplacement est proche du 15 et du 8, ce qui rend partout, que ce soit SeaWorld, la plage, la lampe à gaz ou le centre de conventions facile et pratique d'accÚs. La maison dispose de 3 salons de télévision différents pour que plusieurs personnes puissent regarder différents spectacles. Les enfants peuvent regarder Disney pendant que les sports sont surveillés tout en jouant au billard. 6 téléviseurs donc personne ne sera sans! Pay per view disponible pour regarder Fight Night ou de nouvelles versions.
Le plan d'étage ouvert le rend parfait pour se divertir. Emplacement pratique avec intimité et facile d'accÚs partout à San Diego.

Amazing! The house is so big and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked; lots of big pots, one big pan and a wok, 2 baking sheets, lots of big bowls, lots of dishes and silverware and glasses. Definitely well-equipped for large amounts of people. The beds were also very comfortable. The master bedroom has a twin mattress in the closet that can be used, and the closet in the hallway can double as a bedroom. There’s also an air mattress in there. Bathrooms were clean. The backyard is awesome! Hot tub was great, though smelled very strongly of chemicals when the bubbles were on. I appreciated having a washer and dryer and Tide pods. There’s also a TON of bath and beach towels in the linen closet and a beach wagon and cooler in the backyard. We had a group of 12 college students, and I would totally come back.

With a pool table and a swimming pool/spa, along with rooms and beds to sleep everyone comfortably, this place checked all the boxes. It has been well loved, but that is fine with this family. Great times!

Wonderful experience and will stay again

This was a great house to stay in. It was very clean things stocked and easy to find. The house was easy to find and close to all the things we wanted to visit while in San Diego. The hostess was very delightful to meet and talk to. I will be telling all my family and friends about this house, and will rent again when planning another trip to Diego.

Great San Diego stay

Great house with close access to all the San Diego attractions. Quiet neighborhood. The backyard is large with plenty of tables and chairs for outdoor seating. Hot tub works well. Would stay again. Thanks for a great visit.

Terrific House!

We had an amazing time at this house! Everyone had something to do between pool, tvs, games, and the hot tub. Neighborhood was centrally located to everything we wanted to do! Would book again.

Just purchased my second home away from home. This home definitely has my heart! I was born and raised in New York, moved to Hawaii to get away from the cold and then settled in San Diego 15 years later. I love to travel and my homes have given me the freedom to enjoy what I love to do!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I purchased this property because of the large backyard that is very hard to find in the area and the extra indoor patio that I could remodel to add another living room. I spent 6 months tearing walls downs to create and open floor plan perfect. The location very close to the 15 freeway, so anywhere you choose to go is easy and convenient: beaches, gaslamp, sea world, convention center, etc.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The home has 3 different tv lounge areas for multiple people to watch different shows. Kids can watch disney while sports are being watched while playing pool. 6 tvs so no one will be without! Pay per view available to watch fight night or new releases.
