The condo offers a comfortable, open living area with climate control, ceiling fans, and a full kitchen that supports longer stays and intentional routines. Whether preparing a nourishing meal, settling in with a book, or simply enjoying a slower pace, the space is easy to live in and thoughtfully laid out.



A private entry patio provides a dedicated area for yoga, stretching, or personal practice, offering a sense of separation from the rest of the home. Yoga mats are provided, making it simple to maintain a daily practice without bringing equipment.



Guests also enjoy access to Caivama’s elevated shared amenities, including rooftop plunge pools, lounging areas, and panoramic views—spaces that invite rest, reflection, and gentle connection to the surrounding landscape. The condo balances retreat-like quiet with the convenience and comfort of a well-appointed modern residence.

Caivama is a residential condo complex with many areas shared with other guests. Throughout the property there are spots for relaxing and enjoying yourself and these are enjoyed by all guests and residents:

Being safe is our top priority. This property has very high elevated balconies, rooftops, and walkways. Please be careful with your children and loved ones. Safety protocols and railings are placed for your safety, but being mindful is never a bad idea.
