The location of the house is absolutely perfect! We loved being able to leave the car parked in the driveway and take an easy, leisurely stroll right down to Camden harbor to grab coffee, visit the local coffee shops, and enjoy dinner on the water. The house itself was charming, well appointed, and incredibly clean. Not to mention that backgammon table is the star of the show!

Why they chose this property
The property sits along the unofficial Camden Harbor walking route, making it easy to enjoy the best of the waterfront. It’s just minutes on foot to Eaton Avenue Overlook, Steamboat Landing, and The Wharf at Lyman‑Morse with its restaurants and shops. And don’t forget to pick up fresh lobster right at the dock during your stroll.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property truly special is the classic Camden coastal atmosphere. Step outside and breathe in the salt air, listen to harbor bells and the distant foghorn, and watch osprey glide overhead. From the backyard, you can clearly hear the music from outside concerts as well was the soothing sound of the town waterfall. The home features a large, fully furnished patio, screened in porch, flat yard, full laundry and a separate basement game room for rainy‑day fun.
