Lovely 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach rental on a quiet side street, just steps from Harding’s Beach. Light and bright with beachy decor, central air conditioning, a sunroom, and two living areas perfect for large groups. Features include a large bunk room for kids, a fire pit, outdoor shower, and two first-floor bedrooms with private baths. An upstairs kitchenette with a small fridge and a large balcony overlooks the yard and has a comfy sectional.

Walk to Harding’s Beach, or head to the other end of the road for drinks and apps at Dogfish Taco & Cantina or breakfast at Larry’s PX. Great area for biking and walking — the perfect spot for your Chatham vacation!

We currently live in Connecticut, but have also have another home near Hardings Beach. We raised our children in 16 Tappan and have fond memories of them growing up in such a beautiful location. We spend as much time as we can on the Cape- clamming, fishing, enjoying lazy days at the beach, playing pickleball and just relaxing with the much slower pace of life here.

We rented for years in Chatham before buying. We stayed in many different neighborhoods, and it became very clear that the area around Hardings Beach was where we wanted to be. We love that you can walk to the beach but we are such a short distance from town as well.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our house is perfect for families. We added the second floor of the house and gave much thought to how we lived as a family of 5. There are places to watch TV, a giant bunk room for the kids, places for games and crafts, a big open kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for everyone! Our location is the best!
