The Space:

This remodeled 3BR/3BA mountain condo is within walking distance of Lake Forest Beach and a short drive from cross-country and downhill ski areas. The serene complex offers two seasonal pools, pickleball court, tennis courts, and basketball, plus kayak storage.





Your updated retreat features a private deck, along with a kitchen that home chefs will love. Nearby hiking trails and a bike path make for the ideal all-season getaway.



LIVING AREA



Recline on contemporary furniture in the open-concept living room. This welcoming space also has a smart TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of cookware and helpful gadgets. A full suite of appliances includes a gas range.



Four can share coffee at the kitchen island. Gather in the six-person dining area and share festive meals.



BED & BATH



This two-story condo sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.



The primary suite is detailed with a California king bed and a Roku TV. A tub/shower combination rounds out the en-suite bathroom.



Sleep soundly on a queen bed in the guest room. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, along with a twin trundle.



There are two guest bathrooms: one has a tub/shower combination, while the other features a walk-in shower.



OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES



Unwind with after-dinner drinks beneath the stars on your private deck; this fenced space has a table for six.



The seasonal complex amenities are a short walk from your door. Swim in two sparkling pools, or play a lively match on the tennis courts. There's also a basketball court.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, games, and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs are provided.



Reserved parking is available for two cars in front of the rental.



The outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter months.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Gas grills and barbeque grills are also prohibited.



While there is a gas grill on the deck, it has been disabled and its use is prohibited under local short-term rental regulations.

It's a 12-minute walk to beautiful Lake Forest Beach, and the bike path to downtown Tahoe City (2.5 miles) is just up the road. Hikers can explore 2,000 acres of forest at Burton Creek State Park (1 mile). Tahoe Cross-Country Ski Area is 1 mile from home, and Squaw Valley Resort beckons in 9.5 miles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Patient responsive management w/ prompt service responses and a quaint house with great heating and air, and the jacuzzi was great.. Nice neighborhood close to town and just far enough away.

Met my son and his girlfriend for a weekend in Tahoe. The place was very clean and the remodel was very well done. The space and beds were very comfortable. The heat balance in the place was off with all the heat going into the bedrooms upstairs which would make for a very hot night in the bedrooms with outside temps of 40s since the downstairs insulation was poor and it would get really cold down there. There was minimal cookware. Enough for eggs in the morning but dinner may be difficult. Plenty of drinkware glasses. Could use a teapot.

Had a great weekend

My family and I really enjoy our stay. The place was perfect for the four of us. Management communication was great and helpful. My only complaint is that cleanliness. The tub is the second bathroom was not clean and I had to wash it in order to have my daughter play in the tub. Also, the headboard in master bedroom was very dusty.
