Great completely remodeled unit. Everything was spotless. Recommend fixing the guest bathtub door and spigot. Other than that, we loved the unit

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful location, short distance to the beach, great walking/biking paths, tons of wildlife. We would not hesitate to stay in Evian 154 again.

Not only was it adorably decorated, the side porch that overlooks a canal and golf course was what we enjoyed the most.

Enjoyable stay

Everything was great and well cleaned. Only issue was some ants in kitchen (bought some ant bait) and the door to the deck didn’t stay closed. Would stay here again .

Quick beach trip

We had a blast. The condo was great, nice and clean and easy access to resort amenities. We loved it, especially the bunk beds. We had a blast playing hide and seek with the kids on our last night.

A very comfortable stay

Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Nice view of lagoon. Saw alligator, herons, and egrets. Beds very comfortable and firm support.
