• 1-minute walk to the historic chain ferry, making downtown Saugatuck easily accessible
• Oval Beach – Less than a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive
• Walkable to shops, restaurants, galleries, and riverfront attractions

Important: Use of the electric e-bikes is optional and requires signing a liability waiver prior to use. The waiver applies only to guests who choose to utilize the e-bikes.

Guests we’ll have parking available either in the street parking lot area or across the street at the hotel. Parking is limited, so get there early.

Included in the rental is the option for Laundry in a shared space laundry room.

Guess also have to the pool across the street at the Beachway hotel during “in season” dates.
To keep the home comfortable for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

• Minimum booking age: 25
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Medical marijuana must be non-smokable (gummies/edibles only)
• No parties or events
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Pets allowed only with prior approval and applicable pet fee
• Pets may not be left unattended unless crated
• Please treat the home with care and report any damage promptly

Violation of house rules may result in a $100 fee, additional charges, or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
