Villas del Corazon is a beautiful private home located on the the north side of town, just 100 steps to the beach and 5 minute stroll to the plaza downtown. Come and enjoy our ocean & jungle views, spacious wrap-around terraces, lush plants, and our beautiful crystal clear swimming pool. Villas del Corazon is a great location for Families, Weddings, Reunions, or Groups.

We have a large 4 bedroom villa which sleeps up to eight people, 4-studio apartments, one larger with two beds, and three smaller studio apartments. These units can be rented separately or together to accommodate groups of all sizes. All studio apartments ONLY include access to the pool and terraces when they are rented along with the
4-bedroom villa.

We can accommodate up to 160 people at the house for private families. parties, reunions, or whatever type of event you wish to host.

Awesome location

Upstairs rooms were awesome. Pool is deep and cool. Customer service was excellent and accommodating. It’s right next to the beach.

Great location

We had such a great time in Sayulita! Villas Del Corazon was the perfect location and the right size for our group. Everybody had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The apartments were a bit dark, but still cozy. The kitchen was huge and we were able to prepare snacks and drinks at the house. The pool was a lot of fun, nice and big with a deck to jump off of. Bring your own Bluetooth speaker because the one there isn’t the best quality for evening dance/pool parties. There were tons of bathrooms, which is good for delicate tummies. The locals were super nice. Eric was easy to keep in touch with via WhatsApp. This was definitely a 5-Star experience and just what’s needed for a large group.

Paradise

Although the pictures of this villa are gorgeous, they do not even do the place justice! This villa is extremely spacious, beautiful, and close to everything. It is on a road that leads directly to the beach, which takes about a minute to walk to. It is also close to town for shopping, eating, and exploring the night life. Eric provided us with filtered water and a golf cart for a small fee per day, it was amazing. I went with 16 of my friends and we couldn't of had a more enjoyable stay!

A huge disappointment!!

Our third year in our favorite, Sayulita, but a huge disappointment of a rental. We were late searching rentals this year, so our choices were limited for our group of 12. The 2 previous rentals were stunning, but on the hillside and difficult for our 87 and 89 year old parents to negotiate. Villas del Corazon was appealing because of its location and size. The property was very run down. Light bulbs were missing from many fixtures, the kitchen was grimy, drawers stuffed with odds and ends and dirty. A cheap plastic shelf on the counter held old spices. The inside shelves of the fridge were broken off and the freezer smelled like rotten meat. The sheets on all the bed were dingy and stained (gross). Patio furniture was mostly cheap plastic chairs. The pictures for the listing showed an outdoor dining table and living room furniture, which were not there. Planters consisted of 5 gallon plastic buckets. We are not a fussy group. Used to roughing it. But for the price, which was comparable to the other lovely properties we rented in the past, it was a rip off. The description of "360 ocean and jungle views" only could be seen from the very top deck, which was a climb and not exactly inviting. The real views consisted of empty lots on either side, with garbage and a junked van. The front of the property, which occupies a corner, was unkempt, with a dying papaya tree and garbage piles. It did not help that we chose New Years week, which is of course not the fault of the owner. We were right smack in the middle of major partying ( the beach campers), hot dog stands with loud music. But this went on EVERY night, not just Dec. 31. So, I'd be wary of the location no matter what time of year. Maid service was essentially non-existent. They came the 3rd day to ask if we wanted our sheets changed. We said no, but they never came back, never swept or did a thing. Again, such a totally different experience from what we had previously.

Heart of it all, private pool!

My fourth trip to Sayulita, first time renting this house. Awesome is all I can say. Beautiful well maintained property with great features and details. The private pool was immaculately clean and a great place to hang out. Plenty of appliances and kitchen gear. We rented the main house and larger studio, it's great you can add on studios if your party grows. With quick walks to town and the beach we really felt so close to it all. The property feels very safe and secure, we had no issues. I highly recommend this property.

Very nice, both the people and the place. You can see the ocean and the village from here. It is only a short walk to the beach. It is near downtown also. Has pool and dive platform if beach is too far. Nice ramp for people like me that have trouble with stairs.

We were surprised at the lack of maintenance, bathroom floor drain overflowing, elongated toilet seat on a round bowl toilet, lack of hot water for showers, light bulbs requiring replacement, and that awful slope up from street level which came a a big surprise, however my grandchildren enjoyed the pool immensely. many of the pool toys required replacing though. There are no doors to the bathrooms, just a curtain, which is about 12 inches from the floor, same in the bedrooms, all the curtains were too short, and not heavy enough to block out daylight. And then there are the motorcycles at 2.00 am that keep you awake, and the the dogs barking which never seemed to stop. But as I say, the kids loved the pool.

Great location, beautiful home, reaonably priced

Our group enjoyed this property! The home is laid out nicely and comes with all that you may need. The open air doors to the pool area are great to let the breeze flow through.2 blocks to downtown. 1 to the beach makes it perfect for the group to come and go as they wish! We will be back!

Great vacation and event rental!

We rented the whole property for a week and used the main house for a small wedding and reception. It was perfect. The bottom level studios are well stocked with fridge, comfy furniture, great decor, and plenty of kitchen gadgets depending on which studio you were in. The main house is awesome. There are beds for 8 and if you want to sleep more Eric can provide a cot or air mattress. He and the owners were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made our stay so pleasant. The wifi in the main house and middle bottom studio was great but pretty spotty in the other studios. Eric was helpful in making recommendations prior to arrival and even assisting with communications with our wedding vendors before we arrived and during our stay. He really went above and beyond! The cleaning staff was awesome. We hired them to come in daily. The pool and additional decks on top are bonus features. I didn't realize how much we would love these amenities until we got there. It was so nice to have plenty of space to hangout. We loved the house so much. It was hard to leave. The only thing I missed was air conditioning. They do have several fans so that helped a lot! The location is perfect. It's quiet compared to the plaza/downtown area but a quick 5-minute walk to get there. The beach is a 1-minute walk at the end of the block. There are plenty of cafes and stores in the neighborhood. The venue was a hit for our wedding. The decor and heart theme was simply perfect. I highly recommend this place for events, family vacation or group travel. We had people of all ages and it was loved by all.

Perfect house for a perfect town!

With this house, what more could you want? Maybe a mango tree growing in the kitchen so I didn't have to walk 2 minutes down the beach to find a sweet lady selling them but we'll take what we can get.... Me and my group rented the 4 bedroom house above the studios. It was perfect. The layout with the kitchen, living space opening to the patio with the pool made it very easy to hang out, eat, drink, relax in ultimate comfort. It even comes with a patio/platform that you can jump off into the pool. (seriously, what more could you want?...again that damn mango tree in the kitchen would be nice!) The additional patios on the 2nd and 3rd floor made watching the sunsets and/or sunrise optimal. It also gives you a private escape if you need a break from your trip-mates. One of the couples in our group even opted to forego their king size bed to sleep under the stars on the 3rd level patio. The house isn't beach front but you do get a view of the sand and water from any of the 3 patios and it's just a 1 minute walk down the block to put your feet in the sand and water. The location is prime. No more than a 2 minute walk to a convenience store for cervezas or a taco stand. Keep walking for an additional 5 minutes and you'll find yourself in the heart of Sayulita where you are surrounded by $1 tacos (go see Ivan - TRUST ME), fruit stands, drinking holes and excellent people and dog watching. Eric was great in coordinating with our group coming in at different times. He made himself available to let the first couple in so they didn't have to wander around Sayulita with their suitcase. If we needed anything at all, he made sure we got it. Super attentive! Again - what more could you want? The mango tree in the kitchen would be nice but I'll be returning regardless if they choose to take my advise and plant one or not. Thank you for an amazing time, Sayulita and Villas Del Corazon!!

Beautiful Home, Great Location, PERFECT vacation rental!

Our family of 4 just got back from 11 nights at Villas Del Corazon and can highly recommend it as the 'PERFECT' vacation rental. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay there; even extended the trip by 4 days because we couldn't tear ourselves away! The house is very spacious, has large luxurious rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, 360 degree views from the 4th story deck, beautiful surroundings with palm trees and birds everywhere, and a 12 foot deep pool with jump deck that was lots of fun for the whole family. It is very conveniently located and private for being so close to town. There is no need to rent a car of golf cart because the Villa is a minute walk to the playa, restaurants and shops. Ushuaia is an amazing hostess and knows Sayulita and the surrounding areas very well. She is full of wonderful ideas to keep you entertained when you are there. We love Sayulita and will definitely be returning to stay at Villas Del Corazon sometime soon.
