"Our mission is to provide honest and quick communications to our guests who enjoy vacationing in a beautiful and clean place they can call home."

We chose this unit because of the spectacular ocean view and it is so convenient to everything. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED in this unit per Association Rules. We live 2 minutes away and available to answer questions you may have during your stay. This condo is very strict with House Rules. If you are evicted by the manager, no refund on the remainder of your stay. Please keep to yourself and follow the rules.

About Khammoui Louangrath

I came to teach on the the Big Island in 1994 and fell in love with the weather along with the beauty of the Hawaiian islands. I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota and have family there still as well as in Oregon, New Mexico, Kansas, Washington State, Colorado, Arizona, Virginia and North Carolina.

Why Khammoui Louangrath chose Kailua-Kona

The ocean view from the unit is so spectacular because you can watch the Iron Man Competition, cruise ship, private yachts and whales without leaving the living room area and dining room table. Once here, you are less than 5 minutes walk to book your island activities, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and more. We use solar water heater and on cloudy days, hot water maybe be limited until the electricity kicks on to heat it up.

What makes this condo unique

We clean this unit ourselves that's why we are able to allow one night bookings. No Resort Fee and Check-in Fee.

Guest Email: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient and Perfect for 2 People

This condo is perfect for 2 people. The condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There is a resort located across the street where we were able to walk to a luau. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils/appliances. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella were also available. The owner was very responsive to all my questions before I booked this. We loved this place!

This condo provides an awesome location for exploring Kona! We enjoyed walking to shops & restaurants. We easily drove to great beaches & other points of interest. The condo is extremely clean & the owner keeps it well stocked with items you will need on your vacation. We highly recommend this condo!

Almost Perfect

We stayed at the Kona Mansions for the last two days of our 45 day stay in Kona. This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo fully stocked with all the necessities. It is a little jewel of a condo in the downtown Kona area. It appears the owner have kept up the place really well, every thing works the way it should and no unexpected surprises with plumbing or electrical. I would recommend this lodging to anyone interested in a place close to town and a fantastic ocean view. We have been utilizing VRBO's when we vacation and I can honestly say I have not seen a place so organized as this VRBO.

Lots of room is available to store your clothes in draws and closet. The living room and bedroom space are just right for 2 people. If we decide to come back to Kona next year and this place was available we would not hesitate staying here again. Thank you so much.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week in this condo.

The unit is super clean and very well equipped. Great ocean view.

The location was a positive for us. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away.

Great view, immaculate and convenient.

Although there is no outdoor lanai for sitting and enjoying the view it is great to sit at the table by the sliding door and look out at the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and updated, as was the entire condo. We were impressed with the cleanliness throughout the condo. Location was close enough to the waterfront shops and restaurants to walk. Three flights of stairs could be a negative for some, but we did not mind. We would stay here again.

Loved everything about this condo

Wish we had had more time to spend here. The condo is beautifully decorated with everything in working order. Short distance to restaurants and shopping, so we walked most of the time. Pool was nice and private when we were there. Parking was convenient. Very handy having laundry right in the condo. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook if we come back to The Big Island.

Beautiful ocean view within walking distance to Kona

We really felt at home inside the condo, it was clean and updated, I couldn’t get over the ocean view from our room. The best plus is the location of the condo, it was a short walk to town, which was great instead of driving every time for food, drinks or coffee. I highly recommend this vacation rental, I’d love to come back and stay again!

The local people like myself hangout in this area as well because of the convenient to everything by foot. There is Walua Road and Alii Drive below the unit.
