"Our mission is to provide honest and quick communications to our guests who enjoy vacationing in a beautiful and clean place they can call home."

We bought this condo and remodeled it for our father to retire in because it is located in the middle of town where everything is a walking distance away including a small beach just down the street less than 5 minutes walk. When he is not in the unit, you can rent this this place for a great value. We chose this unit because of the spectacular ocean view and it is so convenient to everything for our father along with security camera at the corner of the building monitoring the parking area. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED in this unit per Association Rules. We live 2 minutes away and available to answer questions you may have during your stay. This condo is very strict with House Rules. If you are evicted by the manager, no refund on the remainder of your stay. Please keep to yourself and follow the rules.

I came to teach on the the Big Island in 1994 and fell in love with the weather and the beauty of the Hawaiian islands. I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota and have family there still as well as in Oregon, New Mexico, Kansas, Washington State, Colorado, Arizona, Virginia and North Carolina..

My husband and I bought this unit for our dad to retire in because it is so convenient to everything. The ocean view from the unit is so spectacular because you can watch the Iron Man Competition, cruise ship, private yachts and whales without leaving the living room area and dining room table. Once here, you are less than 5 minutes walk to book your island activities, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and oh.....so.....much more.

What makes this condo unique

We furnished the unit with high end furnishings from Macy's, CS Wo and Sons, Piere 1, Kaloko Furniture and keep it clean by having the carpet cleaned annually to keep it fresh and clean for our guests. If you want to be in the middle of everything, this is the place for you. We clean this unit ourselves so we know it is super clean and you don't have to pay for the cleaning fee.

This condo is perfect for 2 people. The condo is very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. There is a resort located across the street where we were able to walk to a luau. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils/appliances. Beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella were also available. The owner was very responsive to all my questions before I booked this. We loved this place!

This is the best almost 180 degree ocean view in the complex. This is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator.

Great condo, Would stay again

This was a great find. The condo is well located, clean, beautiful, more upscale than you'd expect for the great price, organized, and well maintained. The owner is easy to work with, professional, and friendly. For those who want to watch the sun set over the ocean, you can either walk a short distance to the nearest beach (Honl's) or just enjoy it from the condo. Roosters can be an issue in some parts of Hawaii, but I never noticed any here; instead, I heard song birds (they didn't wake me up). I did have a loud neighbor (unusually loud speaking man), but after contacting the owner of this condo (who contacted the owner of the offending unit, which was occupied by someone on vacation), I didn't have further problems. The owner responded right away and let me know she would take care of it. Some of the things we especially appreciated (when comparing to other condos we rented on other islands) was that the AC worked really well, the beach gear was in very good condition (vs. other condos that had chairs that were usable but broken including a rusty piece that almost cut me, a rickety umbrella, thin and small beach towels, and a moldy bamboo matt)(to reiterate, the beach gear at this condo is in very good condition), and the washer and dryer worked great. Although the bedroom and living room are mostly one large room (partial walls separate them), you can pull fabric "curtains" together to separate the two rooms. The reserved parking spot is located very conveniently next to the stairs to the unit. If you rent snorkel gear, I recommend Snorkel Bob's over the slightly less expensive Boss Frogs. Not only is it a little closer than Boss Frogs, Snorkel Bob's has a parking lot while Boss Frogs is in the middle of the village (no nearby free parking and very crowded, so very slow driving in the area). The money we saved wasn't worth the extra time we spent just to get the gear and return it!

Great location, clean and comfortable

This is a great location to explore Kona. It is walkable to downtown shops and restaurants and beach. The place is quite large with full kitchen. Clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great vacation---even beach chairs and umbrella! Only thing we didn't like was that we could not stay longer.

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location and Affordable - Perfect for 2

This condo was perfect for 2 people. This condo was very clean, neat and very affordable compared to others in this location. It was so nice to wake up to a beautiful ocean view in the morning. Also within a short walking distance were many restaurants and small stores. We were able to walk to a resort to attend a luau. This condo was well stocked with all necessary appliances including washer/dryer. Other extras included beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Just Perfect!

Once you arrive, you will have access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, Honl' Beach across one and half street from the unit along the busy famous Alii Drive where everything happens. The local people like myself hangout in this area as well because of the convenient to everything by foot.
