About the Property

A RCI Gold Crown Resort. Unit 264 is professionally furnished and maintained.

We are renting weeks in May, June, and July at our unit in Brigantine Quarters in Shipyard Plantation, a RCI Gold Crown Resort of distinction. The Villa, Unit 264 is professionally furnished and maintained.

Our Villa is a short walk to the beach, has expansive lagoon and golf views, and has a private pedestrian entrance out of exclusive Shipyard Plantation for easy bike access Coligney Plaza’s restaurants and movie theater. Your rental includes use of Brigantine Quarter’s two private swimming pools, tennis courts, and grills. Shipyard Plantation features private beaches, a 27-hole championship golf course, the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, and miles of bike paths.

Our spacious unit comfortably sleeps 6, has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and has a pull-out couch. There are two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Linens are provided. The property management company handles check-in procedures and can answer all questions during your stay.
