We are renting weeks in May, June, and July at our unit in Brigantine Quarters in Shipyard Plantation, a Resort of distinction. The Villa, Unit 264 is professionally furnished and maintained.

Our Villa is a short walk to the beach, has expansive lagoon and golf views, and has a private pedestrian entrance out of exclusive Shipyard Plantation for easy bike access Coligney Plaza’s restaurants and movie theater. Your rental includes use of Brigantine Quarter’s two private swimming pools, tennis courts, and grills. Shipyard Plantation features private beaches, a 27-hole championship golf course, the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, and miles of bike paths.

Our spacious unit comfortably sleeps 6, has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and has a pull-out couch. There are two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Linens are provided. The property management company handles check-in procedures and can answer all questions during your stay.

Clean, well equipped and comfortable!

We had a wonderful week during our stay. We have stayed at several units in Brigantine Quarters and love that we are able to walk to the beach each day, can bike rides on the golf paths in the evening and are able to relax watching the birds and gators around the lagoon. This condo was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable for us.

Great owners! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Bonnie and Tom responded very quickly to all our questions and even offered advice to help us with specific circumstances of our family. We enjoyed our time at BQ264. Morning shade on the back deck was great for having a morning beverage and watching the resident alligator in the pond a few short yards away.

Relaxing resort on Hilton Head Island

We had a wonderful stay. Unit had a beautiful view of the lake. It was only a 2 block bike ride/walk to the beach. Brigantine Quarters is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities of home. Have stayed in numerous condos on Hilton Head Island and Brigantine will be my go to for future visits.

I love HHI because it's very low key and Brigantine Quarters is right where you want to be, close to the beach, close to Coligny Square and close to a variety of entertainment options. Kim I'm glad you enjoyed yourself. When I was little my parents took me to the beach [Jersey shore], at home I biked and played tennis. As strange as it may seem when my kids were little HHI was much more affordable then the Jersey shore and I got to do the things I loved with my children without the boardwalk and rides. HHI is old fashion. I like that.

Very quiet and family oriented!

Condo was very nice, well kept, and open layout. The porch out back was a welcomed reprieve from the heat of the beach. The beach was only a 7 minute walk and was beautiful, not crowded at all. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The two pools were clean and enjoyable and though we didn't use the bike trails this time, we might on our next visit!

The condo was very well kept. The location of this complex is key. The location of the particular condo is near the back of the complex, which is close to two pools and the private beach access. We had a very nice time! Thanks!!!!

We really enjoy staying at Brigantine Quarters. Great location. Easy walking distance to the beach & Coligny. Plenty of bike trails starting right outside your door. The units are very nice inside having a recent update.
