JUST COMPLETED UPGRADES INCLUDING NEW CORTEC WOOD FLOORING, NEW INTERIOR DOORS, TRIM, MOULDINGS AND BASEBOARDS freshly painted. Check out the reviews! Lots of very pleased guests!! Two-level End Unit with no one above or below you! Plenty of Firewood for the easy-to-use, efficient Wood Stove and a Private attached GARAGE with direct entry to the condo is perfect for the cold weather. This WIFI, Netflix and 3 Flat Screens condo includes a NEW 50 inch Samsung in the living room!!!! This Beautiful Condo is Nestled on a tree lined street walking distance to Von's, Restaurants and Shops with the Free Bus/Trolley Stop steps from your front door for easy access to the Village, Town and Main Lodge, Mammoth Mountain. The Huge Master has a KING BED and Vanity, the second Bedroom has 2 sets of Bunks and the large 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed.

This Mountain Themed Condo has an open Living, Dining and Kitchen area with High Ceilings giving it a nice spacious feel. It is very comfortably furnished suitable for the whole family.

This Condo is Very Well Equipped and Appointed.

Besides the Private attached Garage there is additional parking in front of the Condo. Our family enjoys the Condo often so we were sure to equip and supply it with all the comforts of home! Off the Living Room there is a Large Sunny Deck (yes, even in Winter) with plenty of room to relax AND plenty always stocked with Seasoned Firewood for the very efficient Wood Stove. About Mickey Gold

We purchased our Condo in August 2013. We've enjoyed Mammoth in all Seasons for over 40 years including Skiing/Hiking/Fishing trips with our friends, kids and now grandchildren several times a year. We are thrilled with our Condo purchase as we have already enjoyed Thanksgiving and New Year's in our new Mammoth Vacation Home.

We live in Encinitas California, enjoy golfing, surfing, kayaking and have recently gotten serious about Fly Fishing.

Why Mickey Gold chose Mammoth Lakes

During our search for the 'right' Mammoth Condo it was difficult to find all the improvements/amenities we were looking for. The main requirements were the living space size (over 1500 square feet), a Private Attached Garage, 3 full Bedrooms with beds to sleep 8. a large Deck with enough room for people to enjoy and enough room for Firewood, a Full Sized well stocked and equipped Kitchen and a large living room for those cozy family evenings, and a Pool and Hot Tub. Additionally, we desired a Complex that was well Managed and Maintained. All our requirements were met with our Chateau de Montagne #35!

What makes this condo unique

Our preference was to be on a quiet Pine/Aspen Tree Lined Street/Complex within walking distance to The Stove, Von's, The Movie Theater and all the shops.

Great Location, great value!

We enjoyed staying at this townhouse with a single car garage and great location. You can walk to many great restaurants like the Mammoth Tavern, The Stove & Giovani's. We enjoyed the great/room atmosphere with the open kitchen, dining room & family room. Made for great times making dinners, laughing & sharing stories about our days' fishing & hiking adventures. We highly recommend this to any group of friends or family.

Quiet and comfy!

This condo is home away from home. The complex is very quiet and well kept. The pool, spa and BBQ were great. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfy. Mickey is a great host. You won't be disappointed. We will be back.

Great family time!

We loved our stay in this beautiful, cozy condo! Perfect kitchen and family area for us and our grandchildren. Having the garage for all of our bikes was very helpful. The location was perfect for walking to the park or the grocery store.

This home was fully stocked on bedding, games, and anything we needed in a kitchen! Truly enjoyed our stay!
