We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse for Two. It’s very clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The owner is consistently responsive and makes everything seamless from start to finish. It’s a great location with access to restaurants, shopping and other activities. We will be back! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

We have stayed there for three annual vacations. We find this place to be very comfortable very convenient and very clean. The owners take pride in their property and the people who stay with them I hope do as well. We will be back next year. Thank you Joe for taking such good care of your guests.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The set up of the Condo was great, felt like we were in a private setting. We loved the area and were close to all the beaches and restaurants. We even walked over to the park which had pickle ball courts, a trail and a pond.

We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse. Was perfect for two couples. Everyone was very pleasant. Five min to Cherry Beach. Great food and ice cream. Host was very quick with any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at a few VRBO homes and this one was by far the best!!We appreciated the spacious rooms, cleanliness, extra snacks, beach towels and chairs, kitchen supplies, and recommendations of places to go. Joe and Kate’s townhouse for two exceeded our expectations. For a family of four adults this was the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion! We also liked the fact that we were located off the beat and path but yet only 5-10 minutes from things to do!! Highly recommend and hope to visit again!🩷

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! This place is the perfect quiet, peaceful, clean retreat that is the perfect distance away from downtown New Buffalo. Every part of the stay was well thought out and we stayed more than comfortably here. The host was very communicative, and let us has a very welcoming and relaxing stay.

The only thing nicer than this penthouse and the location in which it is located is the host, Joe. all around a great guy. Very generous with his Communications and very accommodating. Also has a great personality. Very friendly and fun to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse for 11 nights in October. This place was such a great home away from home for us during our visit. Equipped with everything we could need. Very comfortable and spacious. Super clean! The fireplace and hot tub add to the cozy feel. We really enjoyed our time here. Side note: The weather was also amazing! Joe is a great host! He was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly if we had a question. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a train track very close to the property and trains did come by multiple times a day (and occasionally at night). I kind of looked forward to it because it was always interesting to see what type of train and/or cargo it would be pulling. Lol. This didn't bother us, but some people may not enjoy that. Plenty of places to eat nearby. One night we walked to Cafe Gulistan, located just next door to the property. I recommend the garlic chicken. It was delicious! If we're ever in SW Michigan in the future, we'll definitely stay again.
