Custom art and a beautiful double head shower highlight the interior and with mama's perogies and The Grind's organic burgers next door we were well fed. The loft is right downtown which is great for walking access but not so great for parking accesss. A lovely little fireplace keeps the rooms super warm and cozy and the state of the art washer and dryer is very convenient. We were able to enjoy the 420 lifestyle and really enjoyed feeling welcome and safe. The host Katie was immediately accessible even in the middle of the night and iron mountain hot springs is heaven on earth 🌎

Location , Location, Location!!!

The 420 loft was just perfect and our host Katie was great and so helpful . The loft has a huge outside porch with fan that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening people watching and we fell in love with the interior as well , everything you need is there and was decorated so nice and you can see a lot of thought was put into this place when it was designed, from the gas fireplace to the glass barn doors & wood floors ,very comfortable bed , very nice tiled two person shower as well . When you walk out your door you are steps away from excellent dinning and great shopping and the springs are a very small stroll across bridge and the fact you can partake here with no worries is such a plus . With out a doubt the 420 loft will be my destination when visiting Gleenwood springs !

Perfect spot for a girls getaway. Nice location in town, walking distance to restaurants, shops and hot springs. Loved drinking coffee on the patio. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the cozy stay and proximity to everything

We had a great stay and would come back. The property is well maintained, clean. And comfortable. You are around the corner to some fabulous restaurants and bars and of course the hot springs!

We love that many of the good restaurants are close by & Iron Mountain Hot Springs is a short bus ride. We already have plans to return in June. It's great having a legal place to cconsume

Great loft!

The property was great! Perfect for relaxing in a beatific area. It was clean, the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

3 Day Get Away

The loft is a great place to spend a few days. It is centrally located in GS. Perfect for a walk to restaurants and shops. The outside space is perfect for sitting and having a drink/smoke and unwind.

This Loft is one of a kind very unique depending on what your in the mood for we are surrounded by it all. We variety of Spas one of my favorites is the vapor caves before your spa service you can go relax in the natural hot steamy cave or If you want to be outside we have lots of Hiking Trails my Favorite is the hike up to Hanging Lake its about a mile hike up to the Lake with multi waterfalls nice lunch at the lake then hike down, Rafting the Colorado river or we have a wave park in the river we get guest from hawaii to catch this colorado wave great just to sit and watch also, Boating one of the lakes close by. Winter we are surrounded by our local Sunlight Ski area or 30 miles to Aspen famous Mountains or 1 hour to Vail Resort ski area. Its a winter wonderland you must come to experience all it has to offer
