Great Experience

The condo is beautiful, and in a great area, and worth every penny. My fiancé and I were here for a month and loved it. All the keypads needed to access different parts of the building definitely give you a sense of security, and the gym was a great feature as well. This condo had absolutely everything we could need or want. 10/10 would stay here again.

The perfect place

Stayed here for 2 months. The condo was amazing! I felt very comfortable here, and everything was clean and tidy. Host was also very responsive and occasionally checked up through messages. Located in the heart of North Park with multiple bars and breweries within walking distance, I took full advantage of my surroundings. The place is also very pet friendly. A lot of the other residents of the building also have pets, and you will definitely run into them outside or in the hallways and the elevators, my corgi definitely enjoyed meeting the other dogs! It was sad to have to leave this place, but I would definitely rent again if in the area!

First Visit to San Diego

My wife and I, along with friends who visited for a week, stayed for a month in Kate's La BoHeme apartment in North Park. The apartment is very well equipped for long term stays and while you'll want to visit the wonderful restaurants nearby, it's nice to be able to prepare your own meals - the appliances and utensils along with gas grill are available and in good working order. The balcony views are nice for fresh air and the HVAC is very effective at maintaining a comfortable temperature. The bed is comfortable and the shower has great heat and pressure. We're part-time IT workers, so the reliable internet (never had to reset it) was appreciated. Also, the TV/cable service was nice to have. As full-time travelers these details make a difference - we found Kate's apartment very well suited for our stay. North Park is a vibrant community - restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries etc. We particularly enjoyed visiting nearby Balboa Park. We look forward to future visit(s).

Great Condo in the heart of North Park.

I stayed at Kate's property for over 6 months while I was in San Diego on a travel nurse assignment. The property is located in the middle of North Park so you are within walking distance to pretty much anything you could want to do. You are the just a quick 15 min drive to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook with and there are a ton of incredible restaurants within a 2 block radius. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo in such a great neoghborhood!

I stayed in this condo for 6 months on a nurse travel assignment. The location is perfect to be central and close to everything San Diego has to offer. The north park neighborhood has so many amazing restaurants, bars, and shops that are in walking distance. The condo was clean and quiet and Kate provides everything you could need during your stay.

My Favorite Place to stay in SD

I have stayed at Kate's place on at least 7 different occasions....it is by far my favorite place to stay in San Diego. The layout, comfort, location, cleanliness, parking, gym, washer/dryer etc are all so convenient and top notch. Glass of wine on the balcony at night is a great relaxer. Walking out of the building and being right in the heart of North Park or a $8 Uber ride to downtown is the best feature. Kate's place is always my first option to check for availability when I come to San Diego. I highly recommend this place.
