The location was awesome, only about 5 minutes from the ocean and close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and fun activities like surf lessons and manta ray swims. It was also only about 30 minutes from some beautiful white-sand beaches. The rental itself was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The management team was also great and very responsive, always quick to answer questions or help if anything came up. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it!

Loved every minute of my stay. The condo has beautiful Hawaiian decor. Every detail of the accommodations are clean and comfortable. The sounds of birds and the tropical breezes relax and comfort the soul. Thank you for this wonderful experience

An excellent well maintained, well stocked and quiet condo in a convenient location for exploring, beach time and going to good places for snorkeling. The Fair Wind and Hula Kai snorkel cruises are the best and very close to the condo. The wi-fi works perfectly and we watched a little TV on Netflix. And- it’s quiet! Not a lot of kids running around making noise. My wife and I and some old friends had a delightful time.

Beautiful views and a great location. Quiet too. A great place to stay. Owners were great communicators as well.

We had only one complaint. NO AC. that was not enough to move the meter down on the property. great location, very clean. fans all around made it easier to sleep but still warm nights in July, our group of 4 fit just fine with no wanting for space.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as pictured, and from the moment we walked in it felt like home. The beds were very comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. Kitchen was clean with great work space. We had everything we could possibly need. The sunset views from the lanai were amazing! It was also fun to just relax and enjoy watching the birds, and hilariously, the wild goats that come and go on the golf course. Since we were so off course from our regular schedule at home and work, I woke repeatedly throughout the night. I loved just stepping out of bed and onto the lanai to enjoy the night skies, or early morning coffee as the sun rose. There were ample supplies of beach toys, as well as a nice size cooler. We especially appreciated this since we were at beaches every day, all day. We would HIGHLY recommend doing the manta ray dive. It was an experience none of us will forget! You can also walk down to the viewing deck at the Outrigger to just watch the mantas come in. We like the relaxed and more private location of this property. We put many, many miles on our rental jeep, since we wanted to do a lot of exploring, including hidden beaches. It was very warm in the condo, but our understanding is that this is the way it is on this island with no A/C. No problem at all. There were more than enough fans to keep us comfortable. I'll just say, no complainers allowed here, please, because we loved it and want it to stay the same! Thank you Cor!

Tropical Oasis is truly an oasis! From the moment you open the front doors and see the beautiful view to the golf course and ocean. The property is nicely decorated, and well appointed with everything you need - coffee pot for the delicious Kona coffee, blender, lots of dishes, cookware, towels, and beach things. There is also an inventory of cooking items - spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, etc. The community areas are beautiful with a large pool and spa, and lots of tropical plants. Laura, the property manage is a dream to work with. We have stayed at Tropical Oasis three times and will be returning next year - what more can I say!
