Birthday and Fishing Trip
We have family in OR and come to the coast about 4x a year to fish the rivers and bays around Tillamook. This house is my absolute favorite. The views out back of the Wilson River are so gorgeous and its location is super close to town, numerous boat launches and Alice’s Country House restaurant is just a couple miles up the road. The home is clean, the kitchen well-stocked, appliances are new and the furnishings are nice for a vacation rental. This home is very close to a 2 lane Hwy so there is some vehicle noise but not obnoxious. My only issue is the address that was given to us. The house number does not match the house number on the actual house. Also, this house (and the 3 other homes) have a designated street sign for the private driveway. We arrived after dark, and if it wasn’t for the fact that we know this area very well, we would have been lost and confused. Providing more clarity would save a lot of frustration.

Annual Family Retreat
This home was the perfect fit for our family. We have three adult children and one granddaughter and there were beds to spare. We will definitely stay again. Pete, Annie, and Heather are awesome. Very kind, generous and helpful.

This is a picture of Pete (the Homeowner) and myself. Pete is an avid outdoors-man. He loves fishing and crabbing. If you stay with us during the season, You will most likely be gifted fresh crab :-)

Why they chose this property

Pete has carved out the little nook in Oregon. He loves the river. So when the house came up for sale, it was a no brainer. He now owns the whole street and it has been successfully been renamed Pete Street! We call it Pete Street, in Pete Oregon!

What makes this property unique

He owns the whole area. So you will have access to all the property he owns. Private access to the Wilson and North Fork River. Perfect Slice of Heaven Or at least we think so!
