Aloha.
Have you noticed how we're constantly towards the top of Kihei and Kihei Kai Nani searches. Well, vrbo has a system of metrics they use that ranks all listings, basically putting the best units available in front of guests...and we're crushing those metrics and have been since inception. Our story and reviews are below, but it a nutshell, this is a good one and we'd love to have you choose us.

Snag one of the best deluxe units available for rent in all of South Kihei at dynamite rates for a great time on Maui. This is an absolutely incredible condo with Wailea looks at a Kihei price and only 15 seconds to an Awesome beach!

This is a custom remodeled ground floor, lanai ocean view unit at Kihei Kai Nani. Owners took hold of an awesome top to bottom renovation that includes all new appliances, custom cherry cabinetry, solid stained concrete counters, tiled wall & back splash and a unique filtered window between the kitchen and bathroom. Yep...a filtered glass window between the living area and bathroom??? My money says we're one of a handful of units worldwide offering that tempting feature! Our unit is in the much desired building #1 which gives it an unheard of rare ocean view from the ground floor lanai and the benefits of beautiful Kamaole II Beach literally seconds away. This custom renovation is a far cry away from all the other cookie cutter Kihei Kai Nani units and is a no-brainer vacation rental or snow bird unit.

FYI. NO ELEVATORS IN THIS COMPLEX. Our unit is GROUND FLOOR convenience. Also, a CENTRAL Split Living Area and Bedroom A/C system was just installed making this a Double Win Primo unit!

Two person max occupancy. 1 bedroom. NO sleeper sofa.

Great location, directly across street from the beach. Walking friendly area with many restaurants, coffee shops nearby. Mark, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The unit was extremely clean, newly remodeled, great water pressure in shower, and plenty blankets/towels. While we didn’t use them, there were also quite a few beach supplies including boogie boards, snorkel gear, chairs and towels. Had a very positive experience - would love to stay again!

Some nice renovations evident in this condo but the overall property is fairly old and there is some evidence of a ‘patchwork fix’ in some details in the condo. Street noise is difficult to avoid since the unit is 50’ away from the busy S Kihei Rd and the lanai is only a few feet away from a large parking lot and pathway to the beach. There is no privacy on the lanai but lots of people will greet you if you’re out there for breakfast, dinner, a beer…. The unit is well stocked with everything from flatware to utensils to beach stuff… and all of good quality.

Wonderful stay. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the unit was exceptional, and the location was great as we just walked across the street to jump into the ocean. The beach across the road was excellent—quick bites to eat nearby and centrally located to anything from Wailea up the coast. We have stayed at this property about 2 years ago. It is a fantastic place to stay and has a fabulous view. Right across from the beach. Quiet area but close enough to walk to food and shopping. The owners communication is great. We had trouble getting the TV to work and they answered right a way and helped.

This condo was exactly as described, 10Condo was clean, very well appointed, great A/C, large bathroom, location was excellent, just steps from the beach, and steps from restaurants and lounges. We live in Washington State and bought our first Kihei vacation rental in a different complex - the Maui Vista in 2013 (#464736). It's been completely booked ever since and we've really enjoyed interacting with the guests and their Maui experiences. So much so that we decided to purchase this quality unit with the one thing we didn't have...an ocean view. We are offering this new unit at the same price points creating some incredible value.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and this is as close as you can get without breaking the bank. We're also next to some of my favorite watering holes. I'm talking crawling distance! Coupling those with an lanai ocean view and being able to offer it at such an affordable price, we couldn't pass it up. Our hope is you can't either.

What makes this property unique

Ground Floor Lanai Ocean Views are almost unheard of, but we have one. Also, this complex has NO elevators. only stairs, so NO lugging luggage, groceries, beach gear or golf bags up and down stairs with our unit. This is also a true 'walking vacation' rental with Wailea looks at an affordable Kihei price & 15 seconds to an awesome beach. Together with the complexes amenities, Olympic size swimming pool and the 55 inch TV in this sought after building #1 unit....you can't go wrong.
