Easy access to both New Brighton beach & Capitola beach, clean & lot of direct sunlight. Our friends & families were camping at New Brighton State Park so the location was perfect for us. The view from kitchen table is beautiful. The tenants at the condo are very friendly. Host was helpful & sponsees with our questions. We’d consider it again in the future.
