Garfield House Vacation living for short or longer stays in a newly renovated townhouse is in close proximity to all Berkshire and town amenities. It has 2 levels, 1 and1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, dinning room and family room with HD TV and wifi. There is a private patio off the family room. The unit is air conditioned for the summer hot days. Parking is right in front of unit. There is ample storage space and convenience to a common laundry area. We also provide an infant portable crib and extra air mattress when needed.

Very conveniently located. Comfortable beds, separate kitchen, dining, & living areas. Be aware staircase is steep if mobility is an issue. Half bath is toilet only, no sink, but full bath sink/vanity is outside the toilet & tub room so accessible. We didn't cook but kitchen seemed well-stocked with full size fridge/freezer. Host on-site and attentive.

Great spot to explore the Berkshires

The townhouse was easy to find and located close to shops and restaurants in downtown Lee. From this home base it was easy to explore Lenox, Stockbridge and Great Barrington and it was a short drive to some fun and beautiful hikes. It was well-equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Nice Lee spot.

Nice rental. Jeff was a good host & responded quickly to my texts. Very comfortable. Bed in master bedroom was small for a queen. Overall, we had a nice stay & would recommend to all who are looking for a Berkshire getaway. Location was great!

Garfield Townhouse

Great location, convenient to downtown. TV connectivity issue as it kept saying no internet. I think “newly renovated” is a bit misleading but was clean. Overall we liked our stay.

First Timer to the Berkshires

A wonderful two story townhouse in a great location. Easy to walk around the town of Lee and easy to get to nearby towns as well via the "main drag." Host was proactive in offering to install the AC window unit prior to an unexpected heat wave. Nice patio area for sitting outside and enjoying the outdoors. I'd stay here again.

Great location and comfortable stay

We stayed for Memorial Day weekend. From the time of reservation Jeff was very communicative and quickly responsive to all inquiries. He checked in our first evening to see how our check in went and if we had any questions. The place was was centrally located and easily accessible to many of the activities we were interested in. It’s also a few minutes walk from the local cafes, restaurants and bars. The unit is simply furnished and well stocked to meet all of our needs and was a very comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Jeff was a great host! His property was very clean, it is in a great location-close by to hiking and several towns in the berkshires. Jeff was very responsive and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely stay again

Leaf peepers invade The Berkshires

My wife and I visisted Leeand spent 6 nights in the Garfield townhouse. Very comfortable . Plenty room. Laundry on site. We used the townhouse as our satellite base to enjoy the areas of the Bershires and beyond. Made plenty memories. Thanks.

Great Centrally Located Berkshire Apartment

We were very happy with this cute 2 BR apartment centrally located in Lee, MA. It was very clean, well decorated and reasonably priced. The complimentary water bottles and fruit were a nice touch. It comfortably slept our group of five, with four in the bedrooms and one on the living room futon. The location just off Main Street meant that a dozen restaurants were within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed 51 Park Restaurant. All that the Berkshires have to offer is just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was great and we even got a new pack and play for our 2 year old to sleep in. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, the living room very comfortable. Great decor through out. We would go there again.

Great place in Lee!

The townhouse was very neat and clean. It's perfectly located for Tanglewood and other events. We loved that we could walk to Lee for restaurants and shopping. We'll definitely be back!

Clean and quiet!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the Lee townhome. The property was very clean and quiet. The picturesque main street of Lee was an easy stroll with several restaurants for dining. The location is great for traveling to Lenox, Stockbridge and access to the Mass Turnpike. I would stay here again.

The owner/host Jeff was very pleasant. Came by to welcome us and answer any questions we may have. The property is literally right in town so very convenient to shops/restaurants and a good jumping off point to many Berkshire attractions. There was a private patio area out back that we used a lot. Property was very clean and nicely furnished. Only criticism we had was the twin beds could have had better mattresses. Not as comfortable as we would have liked. Overall we had a great stay and would definately return

Great location and the perfect size townhouse for four adults. Nicely updated, really comfortable beds, clean and neat with lots of closet space and amenities. Quiet with easy access to town(walking), restaurants, golf and Tanglewood. Owner and mgr on the property. We would return. And, the price was right!!!

Great townhouse

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. It was nicely updated and well equipped. The location was good, in the center of downtown Lee. We walked to nearby restaurants several times and used the kitchen and gas grill to prepare a few meals. The townhouses were set back from the main road a bit and very quiet. On site management was friendly and helpful. Perfect for a couple or family.
