You will love how this home can accommodate a very large family or even 2 families wanting to vacation together. The dining area seats 14 including the bar at the kitchen counter and the living area provides ample seating with its large open floor plan.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare large meals including Thanksgiving dinner! The floor plan has a terrific layout giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or pick a rocker on the front porch and take in the early morning sun. The private deck upstairs also provides a great place to get away or to sunbathe. The upstairs master is large enough for a small family with the queen bed, pullout sleeper sofa and a full size crib! In addition to the 3 queen bedrooms your kids will love the BUNK room! With the trundle included this room easily sleeps 5!

The Isle of Palms consists of 5 miles of beach and the northern tip ends at Wild Dunes Resort. It is very close to Sullivan's Island, and Mt. Pleasant, and is only 15 miles to downtown Charleston. There are many activities very close to enjoy- sight seeing, restaurants, golf, tennis, water sports, jet skiing, boat rentals, Isle of Palms Marina, and Isle of Palms Recreation Center. The Harris Teeter sits right beside the Isle of Palms Connector for your grocery needs. The Isle of Palms front beach is also a great choice for restaurants and souvenirs.

Great house close to the beach with a perfect kids room

Enjoyed this house which was well stocked and equipped for a beach rental. We were 3 families with 4 kids total and this house for perfect in terms of rooms and bedrooms. The large, open front room was great even when we had other family over.

Everything was CLEAN! That in and of itself made our families week on the IOP wonderful. Spacious, Spacious, Spacious in dining and living room areas made for absolute fun at all gatherings! Would undoubtedly try to use again!!!
