Clean. Well appointed. Nice location. Fun owner.
Stayed for a wedding so didn’t get to use the facilities much but a very nice place. Hilary is a righteous dude;)
Property is well maintained and located at the end of a side street at The Narrows Yacht Club.
We loved staying in the Loft, it was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway for my cousin's wedding being held at Fountain Point. Hilary was super nice and we loved meeting him! The Loft was clean and cute and my husband liked the fact there was a TV and cable to catch a little football while getting ready. There is a nice little deck to look out on to the marina/yacht club and see boaters coming and going, not a loud area at all. If we had more time, we would have enjoyed the outdoor activities (pontoon, paddle boat, etc). Driving from Louisville, KY it was a long way, but hoping to come back again with more family and rent out the entire house and house next to it, nice property! There's a coffee shop, bakery, breakfast/lunch joint, pour house, wine tasting places and little grocery store all within walking distance!
Just perfect for us; very cozy and full of character. Newly remodeled and right on a marina! Host and hostess were very nice.
Right where we belong!
Our family LOVES The Narrows. While it's only the second year in a row that we have stayed there, it feels like we have been coming here for years. You cannot beat this location! The property is immaculate and there is plenty of space. Our 11 and 13 year old and their two friends had plenty of space to run around, play field hockey and frisbee and the adults had enough space for corn hole. Hilary and his team are incredibly accommodating and kind. They always have an answer and can point you in the right direction for whatever you need--directions, beach suggestions, restaurant suggestions. You name it, they know it. We rented both Emelia's loft and the Villa. They are very very clean and comfortable and there are plenty of towels and blankets. It's great to stay somewhere that already has the fun stuff there too like paddle boards, kayaks, pontoons to rent, and a beautiful fire pit. This is truly our favorite place to visit. We love it here and that's because Hilary, Adam, Darrin and Ben make us feel like we are home. The general area is incredibly beautiful and is a spot where you can leave the hectic world behind you. It's all good for the soul. Thanks guys for always making us feel so welcome!!
Amazing Place in a snug little loft
The 2nd floor loft apartment is great! Clean. Comfortable bed. Incredible views. Wonderful host and his staff. This cute place is a converted attic with a few angled walls. If you are tall or claustrophobic, it might not work for you. Small kitchen that handles breakfast and take out -- not built for full meals but who would want to cook with all the great choices around. Dick's Pour House just up the street was great. The Lake is stunning. All the people we met were so friendly. Cannot wait to go back.
We've stayed 3 times in Emelia's loft at The Narrows and each time hate leaving. Hilary & his crew are so very welcoming & make sure there's nothing we need. The cottage is clean, perfect size for the 2 of us, & from the deck we overlook the goings-on in the narrows as well as spectacular sunsets. We always enjoy the firepit & the pontoon ride across the lake. From golfing to walking to boating to wine tasting to Leland & Suttons Bay & Traverse City, there's plenty to do. Mostly, it's just peaceful & perfect.
