Walk to shops, restaurants, watch the parades or other seasonal festivities, and relax on your ocean view lanai. Kailua Village amenities include a secure elevator entry, private laundry facility, swimming pool and BBQ grill, and free parking for one vehicle.

From your home away from home, plan to visit some of the Big Island's famous landmarks, botanical gardens, waterfalls, guided or self tours of Waipio Valley, Mauna Kea Summit, numerous beaches and of course our very own active volcano! Who can miss that!

Our condo is complete with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, a queen sized sofabed in the living room, a full bath and a lanai with ocean and town view.

What makes this condo unique

In the Heart of Paradise, our third floor condo is one block from everything. Sip your morning coffee on the lanai while watching the breaking waves. We often see frolicking dolphins playing amongst the swimmers and standup paddle boarders. Look down to see the Farmers Market and Ali’i Drive with all the fun shops, restaurants and sights Kona is known for. Then come back later with a Mai Tai to be stunned by the five star sunsets. You will have a front row seat to view the Ironman Triathlon World Championship as the course passes directly in front of our building, portions of the swimming and marathon legs can be seen as well. The Kailua Pier is only a few minutes’ walk down Ali’i and everything from grocery stores to sports bars is within walking distance.

Our newly renovated unit has all the amenities; granite counter tops throughout, upscale cabinets & all new dishware, appliances and high-end furniture. Our 3rd floor location captures the natural tropical breezes and along with tile floors, sunshades and fans, helps keep you cool. Our condo has a bright and spacious feel with large Japanese shoji doors that can be closed for bedroom privacy. You’ll sleep well in our spacious Cal-king bed with comfortable memory-foam mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and cookware for your cooking needs. The living room has comfortable seating and can accommodate extra guests on the queen sleeper sofa. For your entertainment, cable TV and DVD are provided. To stay connected, we offer free wireless internet and free local and long distance phone calls (US and Canada). Barbeque on gas grills which are conveniently located next to our clean and sparkling pool. And if you want to hit the beach, feel free to use the 2 beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, snorkel and mask and beach towels. Great location and comfortable stay

This is a comfortable unit in walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. The condo has a nice patio with ocean views beyond the large church in front of it. Expect Sunday morning chimes and a cemetery view as well. The condo unit itself is roomy for two with a large kitchen and use of snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and even sunscreen if you forget your own. If I were to come back to Kailua I would try to stay at this place again.

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed this unit very much. It was great to be able to walk to everything we wanted to visit during our stay in Kailua-Kona.We didn't need a car while we were here. It was a clean, pleasant unit in good condition. It had good air flow, comfortable temperatures, and no unsettling odors. The bed was comfortable and eating breakfast on the lanai was a treat. We enjoyed the pool everyday and used the BBQ almost everyday. The only potential negative aspect of the unit was the noise. The unit's neighbors were quiet, but there was a lot of noise from being in the heart of the downtown area, ranging from overhearing local musical concerts (pretty cool) to the noise of the traffic on Kuakini Highway (not a surprise, but if having a very quiet location is important, downtown Kona might not be the best location for you). We enjoyed the unit and look forward to being able to use it again sometime.

Great Location, Great Price!!

Our stay here was great! Condo was everything we wanted and more. Very spacious with a large well equipped kitchen and a dishwasher, which we loved. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and feel at home.

Location was excellent! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. Quick drive to grocery stores.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

Neat, Tidy Condo Close to Beach

Condo is centrally located on 3rd floor of unit; about 1/4 mile from beach and local restaurants/businesses; very neat and tidy with all needed appliances /amenities; access to free pool and paid laundry on premises; comfortable bed; nice lanai; there is a ukelele and beginner book (very relaxing); For first timers like ourselves, I recommend a visit to Hawaii Volcanoes Nat'l Park, an evening boat cruise / dinner trip on the Body Glove catamaran, and a flight (helicopter or light plane) around or about the island. Very much enjoyed this place with wife; we recommend it.

Great place to stay in Kona

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, close to town, great view, well stocked with beach gear - all at a good price. It stays cool by keeping both doors open to allow a wonderful cross breeze. The only down side is that it's right on the main hwy so it's noisy. And the pool is very small with limited seating. We had a couple of glitches at the beginning that were quickly addressed by the management. Onsite manager is great too.
