The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are located south of Breckenridge and walking distance to Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Chair lift. Our condo is right on the Blue River which runs beneath towering Blue Spruce trees and offers complete privacy (no views of other buildings or condos). Feel the true Colorado experience as you relax on your private balcony without a care in the world!

The condo was recently updated (November 2014), to a rustic chic look. It's refreshing and fits into the Breck lifestyle!

You will be just 100 yards to Peak 9, which houses one of the ski schools and access to both easy and difficult ski terrain. When your day is done, walk across the bridge and enjoy your retreat. Or hop on the Breckendridge Free Ride Shuttle which stops one block from your front door.

After a day of skiing, enjoy the nightlife at the Peak 9 Village or Main Street with both casual and foodie type restaurants, unique boutiques and all of Colorado's microbrews.

You will enjoy staying in this sunny, 1st floor, 1,300 sq, ft, 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo which sleeps 8-10 people. The master bedroom has a brand new, plush pillow top queen bed and twin bunk beds. The guest room has two plush, brand new pillow top queen beds and a large flat screen LCD TV. Each bedroom has its own, private bathroom. Should you need additional sleeping there is a queen sectional sofa sleeper in the living room.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the countertop bar.

The living room has a gas fireplace and comfy down-filled sectional to unwind when watching a movie or enjoying a glass of wine while looking out the picturesque windows to the Blue River below or national forest across the way. Snowshoe and hiking trails begin right outside your door!

The condo features high speed internet and the common area deck has two grills and a picnic area. Access to the Columbine Recreation Center has an outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs which are a great way to end your day and relax.

We love Breckenridge and all it has to offer. This is our vacation home and we manage it ourselves. We look forward to sharing it with you and would love to help you make this a memorable vacation!

We live in Colorado and absolutely love all it has to offer! There is no better place to unwind and get your fill of fresh air than Breckenridge. We purchased this condo because of its location- corner unit, along the Blue River with easy access to both the ski areas and Main Street for shopping and restaurants. The complex is small (only 18 units) so it is a laid back and friendly vibe. The national forest is right across the river with abundant wildlife and hiking trills. We couldn't think of a better way to spend our weekends than this very spot! We are excited to share our hidden gem with you.

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you'll need to have a great vacation!

We truly enjoyed our week in Breckenridge, thanks to our home away from home! This condo is exactly as advertised...beautifully furnished, clean, comfy beds, very close walking distance to peak 9/Quicksilver lift, quiet & minutes from Main Street shops & restaurants. The short walk along the the blue river to the lifts is a great opportunity for some beautiful vacation photos.

My family owned & ran an upscale resort for many years, so we are a bit picky about where we stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as all of the little touches that were provided: bath soap, lotion, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, PLENTY of towels, etc. One quick trip to the grocery store for food was all we needed to get our vacation started. Jessica was wonderful about giving us recommendations on restaurants & equipment rental.

We will definitely be coming back!

Best Girl's Weekend EVER!!

Well, to say we didn't want to leave is an understatement! Cozy, rustic mountain chic with the most comfortable beds and furnishings. Our girls weekend was a 5 star getaway in this beautiful unit! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen, enjoyed meals and games at the kitchen table, sipped on beverages and laughed all while enjoying the relaxing sounds of the Blue River. We are yearly (sometimes twice a year) Breckenridge guests and the Warriors Mark area along the Blue River is our favorite place to stay. An easy walk to Main St but nestled among the tress and quiet w/only the sounds of the river. I'm making an offer on this unit in the near future!! :) Until then, I will be booking this unit again and again. We will cherish our "girl's weekend" memories for year's to come and are already planning our next visit. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!!
