Surf Court 74 is an ocean-oriented complex with first-floor entry. This property is a 3 story townhouse with your living room, dining room, kitchen and half-bath on the ground level. The bedrooms are on the next two levels. Surf Court is within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean and the Van Der Meer tennis center. The living room opens up to a ground level patio that will lead you to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. King in the master bedroom, another king in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, plus a sofa bed. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza which feature many options for restaurants and shopping. This townhome is well equipped and features a renovated kitchen, baths, and updated furniture. Surf Court 74 has a walk-in primary bath shower, another walk in shower in the 2nd floor bathroom, 4 Flat Screen TV's and Wireless Internet.

Family Vacation

Spent a week at the Surf Court Villa and it was a perfect spot for our family of six. Villa was perfectly situation with access to the beach, the park and close to all the amenities we needed. Will definitely return here!!

Comfortable and convenient

Very close to the beach. Comfortable condo with nearly everything we needed for the week. Easy walk to the stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

A Vacation to Remember

This was a most enjoyable experience. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality linens. The pool was right outside our patio door. The kitchen was well stocked and the management company was very accommodating. Thanks for making everything so easy for us. I have used VRBO for many years and will continue to do so.

Great Location and very clean!

We would stay here again. Unit was fantastic. Super clean and well equipped (does need bbq Utensils though). Bedrooms were all large and beds was so comfy. Walking distance to beach and coligny plaza - could not beat the location. We went in March and the pool was much too cold to swim in, as itā€™s not heated. Other than that, great vacation. We would return and recommend this place.

The kitchen had everything we needed and the full size washer and dryer in the unit were perfect. We loved having the pool right outside the back patio and the walk to the beach was super easy and a lot shorter than we expected.One thing to note is that there are no bathtubs in the unit - just two showers. It was no big deal but if we had known we would have planned ahead and packed a little tub for the baby!It was hard to get the top level comfortable without freezing out the bottom level since there is only one A/C unit for all three levels - so pack a sweatshirt for hanging out in the living room.All in all we would definitely stay here again.

Surf Court 74

WE had a great stay at Surf Court 74. We vacation in Hilton Head a few times a year and this was my first time at Surf Court. You cannot beat the location - walk across the street and there is a pathway to the beach. My teenager and his friend stayed on the middle level and shared a bathroom and I was on the top floor in the master. My only "negative" comment is that the air conditioning cools the middle level and ground floor very well but the the top floor, is definitely much warmer. They had a fan in the closet that I was able to use, but I would imagine in the summer months, the upper floor could be very warm. I did not call to check on it so in all fairness, it could have been something wrong with the system, or maybe even user error. Since it was just in the high 70's/low 80's - I made it work! Overall, great unit, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked! All of the things you need for a great beach vacation. The management company was also very responsive to questions prior to my vacation. Thank you Surf COurt 74 for a great week!

What we loved:- Location!- Spacious- Great size washer and dryer- The unit is right next to the pool.- Well stocked kitchen What needs some attention:- There is no vacuum! By the end of our stay I was so grossed out by the stuff the broom leaves behind.- Iā€™m not sure the dish washer works. - The vanities are destroyed. The upstairs one is not even really functional.- yes, it is hot upstairs. It would be great if there was another fan.- It is in need of a deep clean.- There is nothing for babiesā€” pack and play, highchair. Iā€™ve never stayed in a rental that didnā€™t have them. Seashore provided a company to rent through but it was very expensive!Overall, it was a fantastic trip and a nice unit. We would stay here again but there are things that need to be addressed.

First floor so literally steps from the pool. Nice grassy area for kids to run around. Not far from beach as the access is directly across from the complex. Condo was on a good and quiet location. The only issue was the top floor is the master and it was warmer than the rest of the unit. Not sure if there is a way to draw the cooler air up from the other floors since they had to be kept cooler to ensure enough air at the top. Also warning the stairs are really narrow and there are lots of them. Overall loved our unit and there were no problems at all.
