The home is the back unit of a triplex property in the historic neighborhood of South Park, just east of Balboa Park and northeast of Downtown San Diego.
This is an ideal getaway due to the walkability, charm and overall chic vibe of the South Park community - now a 'hipster neighborhood' according to the New York Times!
Whether you love craft beer, the proximity to Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo, or are just in town to visit and enjoy the neighborhood restaurants and the urban San Diego life, this is a wonderful place to use as a base or to hang out and relax.
