Step into the main front entry door into a spacious open main living area that includes a plush sofa bed, accent chairs, cozy gas fireplace with SMART TV mounted above, windows letting in lots of natural light, & a separate door that leads to your very own outdoor patio with BBQ.
Off the living room is a dining room that flow seamlessly in to the beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen that features cabinets galore, white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchenware, & views out to a lush landscape exterior.
On separate sides of the home are 2 bedrooms, the first is the master suite with Cal King bed, SMART TV, office desk, & ensuite bath with new restroom vanity & surround shower. The second bedroom houses a Queen bed with it's own small patio area, a quiet place to escape the hustle bustle. Separating both bedrooms is another full bath (tub/shower combo) + stackable washer dryer.

LOCATION “Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. Excellent location, super comfortable accommodations, fully stocked kitchen, great hosts!! We stayed about 6 days and would definitely come back. Difficult to park in the garage but street parking was pretty easy to find.

My wife and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. The location is great. Numerous restaurants within walking distance and just a short distance from the beach. Place was very clean as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental unit was very clean and well kept. Very nicely decorated. Very warm and welcoming and had everything needed to make things comfortable and enjoyable. It's location is only a few blocks from the ocean and neighborhood restaurants. And not far from the San Diego Zoo. And Surf Style Vacation Homes were responsive and helpful.

This place was very nice. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. A/C worked well. We would stay again. Next time I will bring a smaller car. Our Toyota Highlander Grand would not fit in the garage so we parked on the street. There are several restaurants nearby but we walked closer to the beach to eat mostly. We enjoy walking!

My husband and I spent February at this property with our two medium Labradoodles. It was perfect for us. Within a few blocks were a French Gourmet bakery, chocolatier, gourmet pizza, excellent tacos, a great dog park, and Pacific Beach. Management was very responsive to our questions and our needs. W to our q
Communication with the management was excellent. As I was driving to California, they told me there was a small issue that would be fixed the next day. When I asked for a fan, they brought it immediately. While the property is in a bit of a busier urban area between Bird Rock, La Jolla and Pacific Beach. It is very quiet and accessible to so many coffee, shops and restaurants and just about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. We would certainly stay here again.

This was a great place for us. Great location. Lots of great food just around the corner. Walk to the beach is only 10 mins. Super comfortable and had everything we needed for our long family weekend. Close to Sea World and the SD zoo. The place was super clean and was super easy to get in and out. I highly recommend this unit. We will go back next time in SD.

We had a nice week in Pacific Beach. This unit is clean, well equipped and within walking distance to several nice restaurants, coffee hut and grocery store. Even a Pilates studio nearby. The beach boardwalk is about 1.5 mile away. The street is relatively quiet and very walk-able if you have a dog. If your car is smaller, the garage parking is very nice but street parking is easy to find.
Sadly we had to cancel this reservation due to everyone getting Covid. I cancelled before the. trip, not sure why the reservation was still in place.

Because we did not get a reply back from you this reservation remained active. Vrbo offers traveler's insurance at time of checkout, we highly recommend opting for coverage so cancellation due to sickness is covered, thank you!
We were evacuated from our home in Ruidoso NM because of wildfires. We were coming to summer in Del Mar on July 1st but had to come early. The place was nice. I wished there was a few extras in the place. Suggestions: spices, coffee or at least filters, broom and dust pan, a few laundry detergent pods. Overall it fit our needs for a short stay. Thank you

Overall very comfortable place - centrally located for us since we wanted to do a lot of hiking (north) but still go to the beach, La Jolla, zoo, etc. kitchen was good, with all necessary equipment and a good grill outside. We cooked a few dinners and had everything we needed. No basics beyond salt and pepper, but that’s ok. The pans and other utensils were actually higher quality and in good shape. Plenty of space to lounge around. Large grocery nearby. The garage is tight, but we found backing in with one person guiding worked best. We had a GM Trax smaller SUV. Anything larger would not likely fit. It was very nice to have a garage because street parking was crowded. Two beds, and the third bed is a pull out in the main room. Worked well for a couple with two adult children. Would book again. Also easy entry and check in/out without hassle or any extra tasks.
