Excellent location ! Excellent prices ! Directly across the 3/4 mile causeway from Sullivan's Island pristine beaches, in beautiful old village mount pleasant.

Located in a very safe area 1 mile to Sullivan's Island Beach, 6 miles to downtown, 12 miles to the airport, 2 miles to Shem Creek’s famous seafood restaurants, 4 miles to the Yorktown at Patriot’s Point, and 1 mile to Pitt Street Bridge, this condo offers a huge King size Rice Bed in bedroom as well as a top line queen sleeper in LR. The full bath with extra deep tub/shower is located thru BR. The living area is open concept with large comfy denim sleeper (beautyrest), wing back chair, and 42' HDTV, small kitchen is fully equipped, and dining table seats 4 comfortably. A stack washer/dryer is in hall closet. 1 assigned/marked parking space is assigned to our unit.

Walk a mile to Sullivan’s island’s gorgeous beach and fun pubs, or a mile the other direction to Old Pitt Street Bridge, a 1000-foot pier, is a favorite biking, walking, crabbing, fishing destination on the Intercoastal Waterway with incredible sunsets overlooking downtown Charleston. A full shopping center, 2 grocery stores, and 9 restaurants/pubs are less than 2 blocks walk. There are five top golf courses within 10 to 20 minutes drive and many more 30-45 minutes.

One of our best features is that we are located in a much lower traffic area than most of the Charleston Area. Mount Pleasant’s Old Village is accessible to downtown and beaches without entering the main traffic areas of Hwy 17 which have become a burden to our city. Directions will be direct and simple and involve few complicating factors. This can make a serious difference in your experience. It was built in 1975, renovated in 2008. The Village is the nicest area, but all the brand new places are miles up the HWY. Holidays are a 4 night min.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE "VIEWS". Thoe photos are from the area. Our beachfront condo with higher rates Does have views and balcony...NOT this condo, which has GREAT LOCATION but NO Views.

DOGs must be approved and PET FEE covered!!! Dogs who BARK REPEATEDLY when left in condo will have to then stay with guests at all times, or LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND !! ...iF THERE IS SOME CHANCE OF THIS, DO NOT BOOK!

No Cats - I am sorry to say it costs over $1000 to de-allergy for cats, and my daughter, as well as other guests, are severely allergic, so we cannot accept cats.

Mark Kennon, LMT of Tailored Massage 843-514-6731 offers massage at the condo as well as offices nearby, as massage is a great way to enjoy your vacation. Do schedule in advance. No kickbacks here, just happy guests.

My parents own a large wonderful beachfront home that rents a week I have managed for 15 years. We decided to invest in some vacation rentals that would easily accessible to the beach and historic downtown, and a more affordable vacation here for smaller families/groups. I am from this area, we live close by, and just love this location.

We are truly in the best possible location for accessibility to all facets of vacationing in the Charleston area: lowest traffic area, safest area, beautiful area, easy directions to all locations from Myrtle Court, and just moments to everything. Outside of beachfront or South of Broad Luxury (with the price tag that must follow), we have the very best to offer. Larger groups and families may want to look at our 2BR (king/queen/bunks/2 full futons)/2.5 BA, our beachfront condo, and larger family gatherings our family 6BR beachhouse. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

The location was great, Sullivan's Island was so close and it's a quick expressway drive to everything Charleston has to offer. The condo was very cute and comfortable, the king bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time. Susan was very attentive and kept in contact with us throughout our stay and was great to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place!

The location was great very convenient to the beach, downtown Charleston etc. The actual place (apart) size was fine and had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to others.

Just wonderful!

Susan's place was so adorable and cozy for the three of us. Traveling with an 11-month old can be challenging so having a place already set-up with a pack n play and high chair was just great! The location was ideal - located a short drive from everything in the Charleston area including a few different beaches, downtown, and the airport - it didn't take long to get anywhere. Susan was very responsive to anything we needed and also so accommodating when our flight home was cancelled and rescheduled. We can't say anything negative about our first trip to Charleston, it was relaxing and we'll certainly return in the future!

convenient location and well appointed.

We found the condo easily and it was well appointed. I do have a few comments that are important. The parking lot is very small--had we brought our F-350 it wouldn't have fit. The cleaners left the condo with a very strong just cleaned smell--slightly overwhelming--we had to open windows. Lastly the hot-water heater did not provide enough hot water for two women to shower and wash hair back to back. Other than those improvements we enjoyed our time there.

Owner's Response: Our private parking spaces are indeed very small. Our Honda Pilot fits easily, but I can see where an F-350 would not. Thank you for letting me know about the hot water heater. I have never had anyone in 2 years mention it, but will have the temp turned higher right away, and speak with cleaners about the strong cleaner smell. Susan V

Wonderful condo - Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Mt. Pleasant. Great town with a laid back vibe and lots of good places to eat. Shem Creek was a fun area and it was nice having two grocery stores and a pharmacy within a matter of blocks.

The condo was easy to get to and the parking spot right by the stairs was super helpful. The condo was clean, well equipped and had a lot of great information about the area. Susan and her cleaning staff were very helpful answering our questions and getting checked in.

It was just a short drive across the bridge to downtown Charleston and a quiet retreat to come back to at the end of the day. The beach is super close and the condo had everything you needed to make a day at the beach. Will stay here again if we are in the area and will recommend the condo to our friends and family traveling to the Charleston area!

After your horse-drawn carriage ride, or plantation visit, you can go swimming, body surfing, play volleyball, bike the beaches, cruise the intercoastal waterway, sail, surf, windsurf, take in some live music, shop the boutiques, dine at some of the best restaurants this side of New Orleans. Check out the scuba diving or go deep sea fishing. Relax at a spa or try horseback riding. Kayak, parasail, water-ski, fish, go 'Crabin or Shrimpin,' walk the beach for shells, take a sunset cruise, charter a small boat, explore uninhabited islands, play some of the South’s finest golf courses.
