Kona Pacific is located right at the edge of Kailua village where you can walk into town for dinners, sightseeing, and the many activities and entertainment opportunities that are offered. Amenities of Kona Pacific include free assigned parking (underground garage for this condo), elevators, air conditioning, a beautiful newly renovated swimming pool area with elevated sun deck for even more ocean views, and a cozy reading room.
Inside your little vacation getaway, you'll find everything you need in this turnkey home. The kitchen is fully equipped for your meal preparation needs, comfortable large living area, huge bedroom with 1 King bed (new 10/28/15) & private bath as well as a guest bath. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living area. Enjoy the spacious lanai with views of both Hualalai Mountain and the Pacific Ocean.

The owners are a Japanese couple who spend part of their time here at Kona Pacific and part of the year at home in Japan. While gone we at CJ Kimberly Realtors are honored to offer this property as a vacation rental.
My husband and I stayed in this condo during the Ironman World Championships, and we absolutely loved it. The condo and property are very well cared for, super clean, and well furnished. The lanai is enormous - we loved spending time out there! The location is very quiet, but very, very close to Ali'i Drive - only about a 15 minute walk to the pier. We couldn't have asked for more - thank you so much for sharing your home with us.
We enjoyed our stay at this Kona Pacific property. The unit was exactly as advertised with everything in place. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable giving us great nights sleeps after busy days. The unit is a bit dated with the kitchen and bathroom cabinets needing to be replaced, but this did not detract from our stay. Meals on the lanai were wonderful listening to the birds and gazing at the bay and volcano. We will definitely stay here again!
Condo is in a great location, close to the shops and restaurants on Ali'i Drive. The view from the spacious and private balcony is lovely, and the size of the condo is adequate for two people. While the condo is in need of some renovation (which was fairly represented in the price we paid), it was very clean. Management was quick to fix a minor issue, and the property itself (Kona Pacific) is well-maintained. The pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and three large umbrellas; each time we went, there were usually no more than one or two couples either swimming or sun-bathing. The upper level contains a couple of barbecues, patio tables and chairs, plus a small library. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
Kona Pacific is an excellent location and facility! Very clean, nice grounds and facilities (pool, BBQ's, lounge chairs, tables, inside pool lounge etc), quiet and within walking distance of the popular downtown area. C.J. Kimberly management was so easy to work with and was so quick to deal with some small issues during our stay.
I was totally impressed with their response time and actions taken to make our stay a fantastic one.
Have stayed in Kona Pacific multiple times and will continue to go back. This unit was clean, and had a very good working WIFI (very important for us). Beds were sooooooo....... comfortable - what a pleasant surprise!!
Slept so well. Didn't have the normal beach equipment that some condo's have but that could change in the future but Boss Frog's was more than adequate for equipment rentals and you will get great prices by the week.
Definitely no problem recommending a stay here and absolutely recommend renting a unit overseen by C.J. Kimberly management.
From your home away from home at Kona Pacific, you can walk right into Kailua village for dinner, drinks, strolling along the picturesque Alii Drive, and so much more. Seasonal festivities, parades and entertainment abound nearly every time of the year here in Kona. It's hard to say which might be your favorite when you can choose from a coffee festival, a mango festival, a maitai festival or a chocolate festival!
Beyond the edges of town, drive through historical farms in the Heritage Coffee Corridor of world famous Kona coffee. Beaches of all types are found here on Hawaii Island, from rocky and dramatic to brown sand, white sand, black sand and even green sand beaches. Breathtaking ocean views surround you nearly everywhere you go. Visit botanical gardens, waterfalls, hiking trails of every type, a Mauna Kea Summit adventure, Vanilla Farm, and who can forget the active volcano. You will find it all here on the Big Island of Hawaii so plan on coming back many more times!
