Great house on a quiet street
Spent a week there with my boys. The house was very clean and well supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. It is conveniently close to the 101 and 405. Great views and gracious host.
Thanks for the nice words Jason, you're welcome any time! Joey
Lovely Home with a View
Lovely home that is well maintained and fully stocked from a gourmet kitchen to the practical study with a functioning wifi and copy machine. Nestled near a cul-de-sec on a high cliff with extraordinary views, this is truly a "home away from home." Well situated near shops and restaurants, it is also very accessible to major highways surrounding Los Angeles. A very pleasant stay for a week in a home you would be proud to call your own.
Thanks, Don. You were a perfect guest, and welcome anytime!
This is a wonderful home with all of the essentials for a vacation away with at home living.
This Briarwood Drive home in Sherman Oaks is a wonderful property and was a great experience for us while visiting in the Los Angeles area. It is clean and comfortable and decorated with the eye and hand of an experienced designer. It had all the comforts of being in our own home. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've ever experienced. The layout is very nice and the views are spectacular. All of the essentials were there and available for our use. Joey was a wonderful host and available to us by cell phone and email all of the time during our stay. Everything you would need was present in the home. We are extremely happy with the experience of our stay and can't wait to visit again. We hope the property is available whenever we visit the area. The home is centrally located for everything we wanted to do in the Los Angeles, Malibu, Burbank and Hollywood area during our stay. It is a hilltop vista with no through traffic We loved being able to feed the Blue Birds each morning. Thank you to Joey for the opportunity to experience your property. Joe Bender Ballston Spa, NY.
Thanks for your kinds words, Joe. I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit. You are welcome any time.
Our home away from home in LA
It's hard to say enough good stuff about the home and our host, J. The pictures don't do it justice, as the view is just stunning over LA and the hills to the west. We actually saw the little deer pictured in the photos (freaked my son out, as he's a city-boy :))The house is appointed/decorated very nicely, just like someone's home and not at all like a rental. The kitchen is gourmand quality and everything is there plus some. I could easily host the Thanksgiving meal there without missing a beat. There is easy-to-get-to retail and grocery close, and a Whole Foods at the bottom of the hill from the house. We went to Venice, Santa Monica, and Universal while we were there and all were very accessible. Disney is a bit of a ways, but it's in Anaheim of course. We gave the kids (and ourselves) a couple of "down" days and the home was very comfortable to just hang out in. We won't be staying anyplace else in LA.
