Great stay in Poipu!

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Great condo on the south shore

The unit was clean and well kept. The ac was great in the bedroom, but don't expect it to keep the whole unit cool. Checking in was quick and easy. They provided suggestions of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The portable stationed ac in the primary bedroom is necessarily only used to keep our guest comfy after returning from a day out to cool off. Unfortunately, the association only allows us to install one per bedroom. The smaller units won't cool the living area, so we placed it in the most comfortable place recommended by guest. We hope you return to paradise soon with the opportunity to host you again.

Wonderful location near everything south shore! Walkable to Poipu beach and Brennecke’s. Nice facilities and pool. Condo itself needs an update—bathroom had awful caulking around shower, and place had slight mildewy smell.

Could use a larger tv and better Ac unit for the unit. Got too hot ant times. Overall, happy to have stayed there.

Kawaii vacation

The condo was awesome. Everything we needed was in the condo, with the exception of a corkscrew. The surrounding grounds were impeccable, and the birds that visited in the morning were always a treat.

Great location / Lots of things to do

While this property was a bit older than I thought, our experience was very good. The owners had thoughtfully left fins, a board, etc., so we didn't need to rent. Walking through the grounds right to the beach was beautiful. The quick and efficient response by management was impressive. The dryer wasn't working, so instead there was daily laundry service pickup and delivery for us. A couple days in they had fixed the dryer. Can't say enough great things about the multiple pool options and the Athletic Center that is just down the road. Great food, bar, cornhole, workout gear, Ping Pong, Live concerts... wow! Good times!

Pictures are very generous and complex is dirty.

Pros: The location is nice and its easy to find and get around. The check in and out process was easy. Cons: Overall the property is very old. The pictures make the space look much brighter than it really is. Beyond this, please read the description carefully as there is only a stand up single unit AC in the bedroom. The rest of the property has no air and it gets very hot. Now I know it’s s an island and bugs happen but we found multiple cockroaches in the property, one of which was at least 3 inches. Over all I do not recommend this property to anyone. We switched properties three days into the stay.

Needs a lot of work!

The location was great but the unit is unbearably HOT! Only air is in the bedroom. Any time we were in the unit we had to stay in the bedroom. No TV in bedroom and a tiny tv in the living room. For the price I thought it was ridiculous you don’t keep up the condo. Carpet looks dirty, bathroom has build up all in the shower and tub. Felt dirty to me. 8 nights we got 2 towels a piece. You can’t put your towels on the balcony to dry which is ridiculous it’s a beach condo 🙄 Also one beach chair. Where will the other person sit? No ice chest and we bought a bunch of food thinking we could pack food on our days out. Nope couldn’t. Again unbearable heat inside and it was tough to cook because it got even hotter and we had to eat in the bedroom. I’ll never rent this unit again!

Thank you, Linda, for your feedback. We strive to be transparent about our accommodations. The air conditioning details are clearly mentioned in the description. The portable AC unit in the condo is designed to provide comfort while resting, not to cool the entire space. During the day, you can enjoy the wonderful TradeWinds by opening the windows and doors. Our housekeeping team is available on-site daily from 8 am to 3 pm. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any reports during your stay, but we wish we had known about the issues before your departure so we could have addressed them. The carpet was recently deep cleaned, and I will follow up on that matter. Each accommodation includes four towels and an extra set of linens in the closet, as there is a washer/dryer in every unit. We do not offer daily maid service, as noted in the rental agreement. Each condo is equipped with two beach chairs per bedroom. If an additional chair was needed, we would have gladly provided one. While we don’t supply beach gear like coolers, we are conveniently located near rental shops. Sometimes, previous guests leave items behind for future guests to use, but we don’t list these as they are not officially provided by our company.

Nice Location but dated and hot.

We loved the location and bed but the unit was very dated, with a small TV. These units get really REALLY HOT. AC in bedtoom works but is very load.

Suite paradise was a nice property in a beautiful community. We loved eating out on the deck every morning & having birds come visit! The view was spectacular!! It was spacious & convenient to the beaches & restaurants. We loved the access we had to the pool & athletic club. The restaurant at the club was great with live music. They provided coffee but no cream or sugar. The condo itself was nice but the bathroom was kinda dingy & run down, it definitely needs some updating. The concierge for the building was fabulous & gave us great recommendations for restaurants & things to see & great instructions where to drop our keys when we leave. One thing that was weird was they sent us a different Wi-Fi name & password than what was actually at the condo, but they sent someone right away & we figured out what the problem was pretty quickly! I do recommend this place especially if they get the bathroom updated! It’s in a great community.

The Location is great. Next to the best boogie boarding beach and also the best snorkeling in the south shore. Easy walking distance. The grounds of the complex were beautiful. The condo was okay. The pictures sshowed a large couch in the tv room. But it was actually 2 love seats which was not good for our family. The beds were HORRIBLE. WE went to Walmart and spent $75 on egg carton foam toppers so my husband could sleep. We just donated them at the condo since we couldn’t fly them home. The two love seat/ sleepers were even worse. We loved the area and the location and the grounds. The washing machine/ dryer was broken so the staff did our laundry a few times free of charge which was great.

Très bien situé.

Emplacement idéal Très propre Bien équipé Personnel accueillant et accommodant Le seul point négatif est la climatisation car il n’y a que la chambre qui est climatisée. Le reste de l’appartement est très chaud.

Great accomodations

We would stay here again! The only issue is the AC not being in the main room and it was so hot in the kitchen and living area. I appreciated all the extras provided like beach chairs etc.

Too much noise from Poipu Road

Pros - great living room with nice view as noted in picture. Kitchen well stocked with necessary supplies, Good washer/dryer. Complex has nice pools and jacuzzi. Close to tennis courts if you like. Overall a very nice complex with beautiful gardens and landscaping. Easy walking to Poipu Beach. Cons - 3 star was mainly because bedroom didn't meet our expected standards. Bed was too soft and bedroom faces out onto Poipu Road with traffic noise late into night creating less than desirable sleeping.
