Interior rooms are tastefully decorated with tropical, neutral tones. The expansive floor plan of the great room makes gatherings super easy as the kitchen is integrated with dining and gathering spaces. BARE FOOT ELEGANCE is the phrase which comes to mind with this spacious 1 floor, all tile beauty!

Three bedroom, two and a half bath custom designed home is unique to the historic area of Old Tavernier. Each bedroom has direct ocean views & European antiques enhance the decor.

Great room features 2 glass top dining room tables (can fit up to 10) and the adjacent table on the verandah can accommodate up to 8. There is a gas grill available for your use - just BRING YOUR CATCH!

If you are familiar with the upper keys, you will know that we enjoy the finest diving, fishing and snorkeling in ALL of the keys. Popular dive sites inlcude Hens and Chickens, Molassas Reef & Pickles Reef. 2 Kayaks available for your use - ENJOY!

Family time in the Keys

What a beautiful place to spend time with family. The house was amazing and the location right on the water couldn’t have been any better. Paula was great with us and we hope to enjoy her home again in the future.

The View!

Loved the back deck and ocean view. The great room with all of the windows was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. House had some quirks but overall a fabulous property. The hosts were awesome and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns.

Relaxing retreat

We have stayed at this home several years. This house is a great place to lay back and enjoy the sunrise and views of the Atlantic.The neighborhood is quiet,with a small park to walk the dog. The covered deck is a great site for happy hour. Fishing from the dock and kayaking to the small key on calm days are enjoyable. Being dog friendly is a great bonus.

Lovely home

This is a very nice house facing the ocean. We spent a wonderful month watching the clouds roll past. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Both the owner and the manager are responsive and helpful; all concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Deck Jockey

We spent many hours relaxing in the hammock and lounging on the deck listening to music and reading. The house is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The neighborhood is great for walking. On calm days kayaking is great out to the key and sandbar. Love this house and location.

This house is a wonderful...

This house is a wonderful retreat with beautiful views, great ocean access and was perfect for our week away with friends. The dock was very secure for our boat, even with the approaching storm and windy evenings. The house is equipt with everything you need and very spacious. The porch was perfect for relaxing day and night! Very nice and quiet neighborhood.. Convenient to walk to restaurants, grocery anything you need. Highly recommended, we hope to return in the future!!

Our family had a wonderfu...

Our family had a wonderful time at the Yellow house (I think they must have painted it recently). We experienced beautiful sunrises and glorious sun all day. We saw sharks, baracuda and manta rays swimming right under the dock. The kayaks made it great to explore. Relax in the breeze

The home was clean, well appointed and the open floor plan is perfect for cooking and socializing at the same time. The floor to ceiling windows provided great natural light (a bit much as the sun was rising - so bring some eye covers if you want to sleep late). The location is convenient to great restaurants and stores, yet you feel that you are far away from the normal rush of life. The owners are very courteous and truly want their guests to enjoy their stay. The dock made for a great place to relax, snorkel and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Tarpon St Paradise

This was the holiday everyone hopes for. The home was awesome and was exactly as advertised. Shopping and medical care were within a five minute walk. The owners were wonderful. The weather was spectacular and the fishing and snorkelling was second to none. Before I even left I had booked for next year This has been my most enjoyable holiday. My sister and I stayed in the Tolly home for a (way too short) weekend to celebrate my birthday. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house! The home is alive with sunshine! The master suite is wonderful! And the Victorian tub is a dream. The privacy and size of the decks made us feel like we were in our own private hideaway. The kayaking was safe and offered easy and challenging choices. We are hoping to come back for a longer stay and bring our families with us next time! We both would highly recommend this home!

Another wonderful holiday

I have recently returned from my second visit to this home. It was equally as awesome as my first visit. The property is so welcoming, the neighbours were great, the weather was wonderful and the owners are so accommodating. Lots to do and so many things within walking distance. I tried to book for a third year but someone else beat me to it. I am so sorry to not be returning but know that new renters will not be disappointed. It is exactly as advertised. Spectacular! Absolutely Perfect Keys Vacation Rental Experience

The location of this oceanfront Tavernier home could not be better. The sun rising out the back deck just to the north of Tavernier Key can't be topped anywhere on the planet. The water access and 150 foot long dock are spectacular. The private property and spacious deck would be difficult to match. The house was immaculate and simple, all in excellent condition. The house was our home base for 5 weeks, and it allowed us to experience the very best the Keys have to offer. We felt instantly at home and at ease for the duration. Most people don't know Tavernier, but it's a fantastic central location to the rest of the middle and northern keys. Groceries, restaurants, tiki bars, shopping, and art galleries galore, all nearby. We certainly lucked out in finding this gem, and we can't wait to go back!

A Slice of Heaven in the Keys!!!

We have spent many months in the Keys over the past 20 years and the Tarpon Dr home in Tavernier is by far our most favorite vacation rental!! The entire home has every amenity you could possibly need & the owners were always available via phone if needed. Each room in this fabulous home had a fantastic view of the ocean!! Our most favorite spot was the breezy "Key West" style porch where watching the yachts, ships and sailboats cruising by became a favorite activity while having our morning coffee & afternoon cocktails! The great room/family room/kitchen provided French doors surrounding the entire room with unlimited ocean views! The pier was the perfect place to dock our 20 foot boat and enjoy the fishing & sea life!! Many thanks Paula and Kevin for sharing your beautiful home with us!!! We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Serene and sensational

Although Paula and Kevin did a great job with their pictures, they couldn't compare to what we walked into. Spectacular view of the Atlantic with lots of windows to enjoy the view. We met the neighbors on both sides and they were very nice. The deck was completely private which I loved and my 9 yr. old grandson went directly into the water with his snorkeling gear the moment he arrived. We were very fortunate to have the best weather for our stay. Being Pennsylvanians, we were quite surprised (and delighted) that CVS and Winn Dixie sold beer and wine. Everything was so convenient with fast food, ice cream parlor, Pier I, movie theater, and dollar store just a hop, skip and a jump. My daughters (both adults) said "this was a vacation of a lifetime"

Best view of Atlantic and Sunrises

We really loved this house. It was located perfectly in the keys. Hour and a half to Miami and about 2 1/2 house to Key West. Hospital, Grocery store, McDonalds, CVS and movie theater just a few blocks away. Our favorite part was the dock, where we saw all kinds of sea life on a daily basis! We rented a boat and tied it up at the dock, but know that there are no cleats, so you’ll have to be creative. The back porch offered many afternoons on the hammock enjoying the view. At night we lit the candles and ate dinner outside! We did a lot of cooking while we stayed. The very basics are there so if you need anything more than the basics, bring them with you. We enjoyed the master suite with the beautiful bathroom and soaking tub! There was plenty of room for all of the clothes we brought with us in the walk-in closet and 2 dressers. We slept every night with the sliding doors open, listening to the sound of the ocean. If you are a TV watcher, know that there are only a couple channels available & that the furniture had seen better days. All said, we would return back to this beautiful place!

My experience was wonderful and Paula is an outstanding host!

This was my second time staying at this property, and I have enjoyed it very much each time. Both times I have been there I have been there because I was working in the area (not vacationing, unfortunately!), but I have thoroughly enjoyed my stays, nonetheless. The house is beautiful. The porch is a delightful place to watch the sunrise in the mornings, while enjoying a cup of coffee. There is still a little hurricane cleanup to do, but Paula is making every effort to get everything back in order. She is truly a gem to work with and has gone out of her way to work with me to accommodate my needs. She is very quick to respond to any issues. I would highly recommend a stay at this place to anyone.

Beautiful and relaxing

We loved our stay at the Tollys’ in Tavernier. The home was well-equipped (very much enjoyed cooking here, everything we needed in the kitchen — and a breathtaking view) and Paula went above and beyond in responsiveness! Spent many hours in the hammock, enjoying the ocean breeze and bird watching. Canoed out to Tavernier Island, rented a Hobie Cat at nearby Paddle the Florida Keys and sailed it back home for lunch and cocktails on the porch. The location was great — close to the Winn Dixie, restaurants, and the Mar Bar for stone crabs. Nice biking south, too, to Islamorada and Marker 88 via 4a (a little more relaxing ride than A1A!). Nice oceanfront living

We have stayed at Paula's and Kevin's lovely oceanfront home in the keys for the last 2 Feburarys. The openness of the main living room gives the home a nice airy feeling. The covered deck extends the outdoor living area. We rarely used the AC, just opened up the French doors to capture the wonderful ocean breezes. The little sandy area adds a nice beach feel. The moonrises over the water were enchanting. I walked the dock almost daily and snorkeled during calm water to see what marine life was lurking about. Easier to see the fish then catch them (maybe need better bait?). It was disappointing that the Cheeca Lodge wouldn't give Paula guest passes this year. We enjoyed going last year. Paula is very reachable and swift to deal with any issues.

A most wonderful month in the Keys!

This house was perfect for our family vacation month. The house was clean and comfortable and had just about anything you could need (other than food, of course). We hardly left the house and had a great time relaxing, enjoying the weather, and the ocean - which is front and center. Lots and lots of our time was spent out back on the large deck where we worked (unfortunately, yes), had breakfast and grilled out dinners on the built in dining area, and lots of time was spent on the hammock including watching movies under the stars. Being from Minnesota, it was cool to see the wildlife - geckos galore, pelicans, iguanas, and an eagle ray seen right off the dock. The neighborhood is nice and it is a short walk to the hospital, CVS, Winn Dixie grocery, the post office, movie theater, Cuban restaurant, coffee shop, and a small park to name a few. Tavernier is between Key Largo and Islamorada where lots of activities can be found. The guest passes to Cheeca Lodge in Islamorada were much appreciated as swimming in the ocean is a bit difficult at the home with small kids as the entrance to the water is rocky. My boys loved the Cheeca pool and lagoon. Also worth noting, owner Paula was super responsive and helpful. I tried not to bother her much, but did have lots of questions about various things and she was always available with a good answer and assistance. We would absolutely come back. Oceanfront home with a spectacular view!

This Tarpon Drive home in Tavernier is an amazing find. Oceanfront (really- oceanfront!) with an expansive deck to watch boats, fish, jetskis- comfortably appointed and looking all new. I couldn't believe our good fortune when my husband and I entered this home...vast ceilings with skylights give this home an open feeling. French doors opening on to the expansive deck- you can see the ocean from every room in this house (except for the bathrooms!). Sitting on the deck in the evening with a cocktail, watching boats and checking out the wide variety of fish underneath the home's dock was all we needed. Many restaurants, stores and medical care within walking distance. The owners make themselves very available and were extremely helpful in making recommendations for restaurants and shopping. They provide use of their kayaks, fishing rods, and also have a variety of games, puzzles, movies and music for anyone to use during their stay. I can't wait to book this Tavernier home again!!!

Simply Paradise

Our month stay in this home was absolutely wonderful! The owners were gracious and very accommodating. The view is best described as breathtaking and the pictures just do not do this place justice. Upon arrival our family felt right at home. We traveled a very short distance from our home in Miami with our 3 sons, ages 12, 10 and 8. They immediately grabbed their fishing rods and took advantage of the fishing right off the pier. Be ready to snorkel and kayak in your own backyard! This house is located in a very quite neighborhood. Nonetheless, it is walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants. We frequently visited Café Mokka for their famous almond croissants and also loved the Cuban bread from Sunrise Market. The owners included passes for the Cheeca Lodge in nearby Islamorada. We enjoyed spending time there at the pool and salt water lagoon. I recommend going there for lunch and enjoying their lobster grilled cheese sandwich...YUMMY! Although the weather in July varies from very hot to rainy and humid, we enjoyed our vacation to the fullest and hope to stay here again soon.

Why they chose this property

We were first drawn to the keys for the scuba diving and snorkeling. We were so lucky to have found our little piece of paradise and we hope you enjoy it as well. When I'm in the hammock, I feel that there truly is no better place on earth to get away from it all!

What makes this property unique

The upper keys have everything you could ever want for your stay! The best dive sites are here and the fishing is amazing! If you have kids, there is a cinema nearby and lots of nice quiet waters for boating and kayaking. Not far down either - fly into Miami or Ft. Lauderdale and your drive is a very short and scenic one indeed. You can easily make a day trip to Key West to have a chance to see all of the keys during your visit. After a stay with us, you will want to return again and again to experience the true luxury of a private oceanfront home.
