Precise Realty presents Coastal Bliss on Longboat
Booked February 1st through April 30th 2026. 3 month rental required. Located directly on the beach, this remodeled 2/2 Condo in Beachplace is a gated community located on the southern end of Longboat Key, FL.
Our unit is located in building nine, 4th floor, with a green belt area just to the north, the beach to the west, tennis courts to the East and few steps to the pool/library, rec and workout room. It is one of four premium buildings, directly on the Gulf of Mexico!
This 2 bedroom/2 bath unit sleeps 4 in old-style Florida comfort. WIth newly updated furniture, this well stocked condominium assures you a most leisurely and comfy vacation. From it`s roomy beds to its well appointed kitchen. This unit has cable and wifi internet.
We are a management company here in Sarasota and can handle any issues that may arise.
A car is recommended. There is (1) assigned parking space for this condo.
This unit can only be booked by the month 1st thru 31st, although 2-week increments may be considered in off season by management (June thru October). If owner chooses to forfeit 2 weeks income and allow less than 30 days, the daily rate will increase. Please ask Precise Realty Corp for your personalized quote. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 13% Tax, Cleaning Fee of $400.00, and Beachplace Application Fee of $165.00. Please note that Beachplace allows construction/remodeling during off season, roughly May - December as is the policy at many condominiums in Florida. This is reflected in the rent.
CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 18% of the rental amount for processing fees. .
In lieu of a damage deposit, guest will be charged a fee of $10 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
There must be a minimum of 2 adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.
