What makes this house unique

This is the perfect location - a quiet street just a quick walk from Front Street and all the wonderful restaurants and shops there. We love Mitchell Park and the carousel and its views of the marina and Shelter Island. And the library with the friendliest librarians is just around the corner.

Great location close to town. Clear instructions and very clean. Nice yard for playing.

  • 4 of 5

We stayed for 5 days during a family reunion. This was ideal for us, as we only used the place for sleeping and did not require much else. House is dated and rooms very small, but it was completely adequate for our needs. The proximity to town was great.

Wonderful!

  • 5 of 5

My parents, husband, and I stayed in this beautiful home for a week and enjoyed everything about it. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen, a nice dining area and living room, and three (!) bathrooms. We especially loved the side porch -- a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful yard. The street is also very nice and just steps away from all the restaurants and bars. Our new favorite place in Greenport!

Great Stay for Our Wine Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful old house! Loved the back yard, we had so much fun swinging! Loved that we could walk right into town. Beds were comfortable, house is immaculate! Loved that we didn't have to bring our own linens.

The house has two main Bedrooms with queen size beds. The other rooms are small and would be great for a single sleeper or a child unless it is a warm night, than I think it would be too warm to sleep in the rooms. Loved the size of the Kitchen - this is where we spent most of our time! Definitely will request to stay again!

Owner's Response: So glad that you enjoyed your stay at our house! We look forward to having you again! Since the nights are still cool, we have not yet put in the window a/c units upstairs. However, there are two air conditioners upstairs in the summer, which help keep it comfortable!
