Ocean, marsh and lagoon view villa with free secure Wi-Fi in the villa.

This villa is great for families with three or four kids! I have added a bunk bed to the second bedroom making this villa sleep six.

Why bring all your beach stuff from home? Just bring your swimsuit and beach towels! We provide the rest including beach chairs, beach umbrella, and a beach buggy to roll all of your stuff to the beach.

This lovely two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the second floor and our resort does have elevators. From this floor you have access to the wind protected sun deck. Your private balcony has picturesque views of the saltwater marsh, lagoon with fountain, and the Atlantic Ocean.

Den is equipped with Cable TV and DVD player. Beautiful marsh, ocean and lagoon views from the master bedroom, dining room, kitchen and den!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and all other kitchen necessities. Just bring the food! We have supplied everything else!

The master bedroom has cable television and a queen-size bed for your comfort. There is also a private bath with tub and shower.

The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and and a twin bed on top. There is another twin bed making this room sleep four comfortably. There is TV with DVD. Another full bath with a walk in shower is just outside the door.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! There is a private boardwalk over a scenic salt-water marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets. At the beach you will find Coco's the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross and just a five to five minute walk across the boardwalk to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. We also have a free beach shuttle.

Not rental ready at all.

Checked in rather late so texted owner with the following: ice maker broken - no ice, outlets in kitchen didn't work, light bulbs burned out in bathroom ceiling fixture, bathroom fan didn't work. Also paint chipping off ceiling from water damage above head in the shower. She replied immediately and said everything would be fixed the next day. Nothing was fixed except the outlets - flipped breaker. All in all just not a quality unit. The floors were dirty, sheets were worn way past their life expectancy, and the bath towels were the size and quality of your high school gym class. I've never actually written a negative review before, but the owner's surprise at the issues presented and feigned concern showed through when nothing was actually done to rectify the situation. She needs to visit more often or get a new maintenance person. Will definitely book earlier next year.

Owner's Response: First of all, the owner never communicated with this guest. I am the property manager. My first experience with this guest was when she texted me at 11:15 p.m. on a Thursday night saying the ice maker wasn't working and the outlets in the kitchen didn't work. I told her I would report it to maintenance and have someone there the next day - which I did. Our maintenance company did go to the villa and found that the breaker was tripped in the kitchen (which was the obvious problem) and the ice maker had burned out and could not be fixed. They do not carry extra ice makers in the tool box! It had to be ordered and would not arrive over the 3 nights she was there. The fan also needed to be replaced but that also requires getting a new one and installing it. There was a water stain on the ceiling over the shower head in one bathroom. There was no water leaking. It had to be sanded and painted to repair. We certainly did not think a guest who was there for 3 days would want painters in the villa working and thus making one of the two bathrooms unusable. This guest was also told that light bulbs would be brought by the cleaning staff and installed but she would need to leave a key in the lock box if they were not going to be there. The cleaning staff tried on 3 separate occasions to deliver and install the bulbs but no key was ever left in the box and no one answered the door. I provide 3 phone numbers to each guest: mine, the owner of the cleaning service, and the owner of the maintenance service. We answer our phones 7 days a week. She called none of them. Never mentioned a cleaning problem, linens or towels problem. Those comments were ridiculous and totally unjustified. She would have been calling immediately if that were true. All we got was two texts. Just two texts: one to me upon arrival and one early on Sunday morning asking for a late check-out. I had to check with the cleaning service to see if they could change the cleaning schedule to accommodate a late check-out. They did so and I texted this guest back to tell her it was approved. She did not answer me for two hours and then just said "Too late!" And, I would like to point out that the owner of this villa visits at least 8-10 times a year and takes excellent care of her unit. This review was very unnecessary and less than accurate.

This was a lovely place. Overlooking the marsh and ocean in background. Super clean and stylishly decorated with a beach theme. Very well equipped kitchen. We loved it thank you

Our stay at Hilton Head

We were well pleased with our first trip to Hilton Head and hope to be able to go back in the future and stay in the same villa it was so nice and welcoming. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay loved our view of the ocean .

Great Vacation Spot!

My husband and I love coming here every year! The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. We love sitting on the balcony and looking at the view of the ocean and the marsh, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. It's a short walk to the beautiful beach and pool which we really like. You have great restaurants, shopping and entertainment close by. We love staying here and will definitely be back to this piece of paradise!

Perfect Relaxing Getaway!

My family, including my college age kids, stayed in this villa for a quick beach getaway after finals. It could not have been better. My wife and I enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise from the balcony. And at night we watched the sunset while listening to the sounds of the wildlife in the saltwater marsh. Even my teenagers were impressed with this villa and also the resort. Pools, tennis courts, restaurants and the almost private beach. And we had free wifi which is a necessity for young people! We loved it and will definitely be back as soon as we can!
