Enjoy your vacation in paradise in this newly decorated, open and bright island vacation home
located in a quiet tropical canal neighborhood.

It is a short distance to the world famous white powder sand of Siesta Beach as well as Siesta
Village restaurants and shopping.

There is a beautiful, private heated pool with spa and large screened lanai area. The lush tropical
grounds have been designed by an artist and encourage you to relax with a book or sway on a swing
under the bamboo and palm trees.

This wonderfully updated island vacation home has a spacious ranch floor plan. There are tropical
views from every window. The home has large patio doors that can be opened to the screened lanai
bringing in the sound of the waterfall, the scent of many flowers and the calls of tropical birds.

Wow!! Words can't do this place justice. A beautifully appointed home, in a fantastic location. We loved every minute of our 10 day stay on Siesta Beach. Quiet and secluded with a great outside area to match the inside. Short drive to Turtle beach for shell hunting and amazing sunsets. Loads of exceptional restaurants nearby. Thank you to our host Marla who was very helpful and attentive. We hope to return again very soon!!

Siesta Key holiday

This was a lovely house very well equipped, minor downside was that the garden area around the pool is very shaded so not ideal if you like to sunbathe around the pool

Nice, relaxing setting.

What a perfect resort type getaway to defrost our bones from the Midwestern cold. Beaches are close by with abundant warmth and sunshine. If you tire of the tourist scene in town we found “Nicola’s”, a great little Italian gem in Englewood, about 40 mins away. Also “Breakfast at Victoria’s” in Sarasota, offered great breakfast options. This trip and it’s accommodations warrants a return real soon.

Great Jacuzzi!

Check in was seamless, we found the home clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy, plenty of bath towels. Only three beach towels though, so we did purchase two while there (one had a tear). We had some plumbing issues while there, but the owner was quick to get a plumber in (it was the day after Christmas too). We loved the jacuzzi, homes layout and gorgeous landscaping! Lazy evenings in the swing were relaxing! We do a lot of puzzles while vacationing and the rooms are fairly dark, making that activity a little tricky. Beware, parking in the beach lot is insane! The beaches are crowded but beautiful soft sand. If you have time, we recommend a boat trip with Key West Charter!

I’m glad that you enjoyed your vacation and found our vacation home to be clean, comfortable and well appointed. We want all of our guests to have a wonderful island getaway and a 5 star experience. I feel that I must clarify and address your comments to reassure future guests. The plumbing issue that you mentioned was caused by guests flushing Lysol wipes instead of disposing of them in the trash bin. This is a new issue due to Covid and I will be reminding future guests to dispose of wipes properly. Also, we try to keep 4 beach towels at the house, but they do get taken home by mistake or left at the beach from time to time. If you had asked me about the beach towels, I would have quickly dropped off 2 additional towels. I will remind housekeeping to do a count after each guest departs. We do our best to make all of our guests happy and comfortable. ~Marla

Wonderful Stay in Siesta Key

This property was the perfect stay for my husband and I. The pictures really do not do this place justice, especially with all the NEW RENOVATIONS, and they were gorgeous! Very spacious and clean. Private heated pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels and linens, the owner also left beach supplies/chairs, we didn’t end up needing to use them, but they were a nice gesture! 10/10 communication skills from the home owner, quickly responded to my text. The landscaping……BREATH-TAKING! Truly felt like you had your own tropical paradise. We utilized the grill that they left propane for us to use, much appreciated. Beautiful patio! We could tell that the bed and furniture were new, and very comfortable. New appliances as well! Close to all that Siesta Key has to offer, with FREE RIDES (accepts tips) from local buses and other transportation, which was very nice! I could go on and on! We definitely plan on returning, maybe just the two of us again, maybe with the family. But we sure enjoyed the peace!

A #1 Vacation Getaway

My brother, his wife & I REALLY enjoyed our week at this Siesta Key oasis, the house and neighborhood was everything you need to savor the wonderful Florida weather, Marla the owner was always just a call or a text away for ANY questions we had, we hope to stay here again in the future if possible

Lovely home

The place suited our purpose and was very clean . The only frustration was there is almost no sun around the pool and no place by the pool to sit except by the shady jacuzzi ,as it’s very narrow . Overall experience was very good and I would recommend this house in a nice quiet neighborhood .

Perfect getaway!

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay. The house was a great size with a bedroom and bathroom for our kids and a separate bedroom and bathroom for us on the opposite side of the house so they did not wake us in the mornings. We ate all our meals outside on the lovely screened in porch. We used the nice pool and hot tub every day. Having a private pool during these crazy covid times was ideal. My husband and I also enjoyed being able to use the pool and hot tub after the kids went to bed (we could not have done this in a condo). The house is less than a 5 minute drive to the beach, and we had no trouble finding parking and ample space on the beach to keep our distance from other people. Marla was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. We hope to stay at this wonderful home again in the future!

Perfect getaway

Marlas home is the perfect escape from the craziness of this world right now. The home had absolutely everything we could ever need and was very clean. We utilized the pool and hot tub everyday. It was the perfect outside retreat. We rented bikes and rode into town almost everyday, it was only about a 10 minute ride. The beach was honestly the best beach I have ever been to. White sand a clear water. We even saw dolphins swimming on more than one occasion. I highly recommend booking this property! You won’t regret it.

Wonderful vacation!

This is a charming home in a beautifully tropical setting. All the conveniences of home plus a great pool, hot tub and 2 lanais, one right off the master bedroom. We felt like we were in paradise for 5 wonderful weeks. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their vacation home!

Siesta Beach House

Lovely house and amenities, had a great time and will definitely be back. Everything made our vaca so easy and comfortable at the end we were stress free !!!
