Esta es una casa personal hecha a la medida que fue construida a finales de los 90. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2-1 / 2 baños. Espacio de cama: una cama king, 2 reinas, y un futón, y un sofá.
Hay 2 cubiertas de sol arriba, porche grande, proyectado en porche trasero con terraza. Espectaculares vistas desde todos los ángulos de la casa. La playa está a unos 300 metros a pie.
Hay una lavadora y secadora, 2 TV por cable y Wi-fi.

Such a perfect location and the dogs loved it too! If you don't want to walk to beach, you have a great view of the marsh or beach from the porch!

Great quiet location

Great views of the marsh from the back and the beach in front. Interior is a little dated but worth it for the quiet location.

My house, Coasting at 1566, was my home for 15 years. It is loaded with my personal art collection. A lot of the furniture is vintage rattan things from a beach house that I grew up in, so I guess that you could say that it's "dated". My house is a wonderful place for a vacation. It's more of a home, than a sterile rental house. All of my guests love the house, and 80 percent of my guests come back, year after year.

Great location!!

This house was excellent. The front views had the beach the back of views have the inlet and marsh.It’s the perfect spot to be for a beach vacation! The house was big and had a good historical feel about it a lot of history on the walls, which was cool! We look forward to renting this property again!!

We really enjoyed the views of the marsh and the ocean. Our hosts were there to greet us on arrival and were very friendly. We would try to stay here again next time we come to Folly Beach.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views from every room. The house had plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces and closeness to the beach. The owner easy to contact and work with. Great home - loved the artwork.

Home Sweet Home

Our family of 6 adults and 2 pugs absolutely loved staying in this home. This truly felt like a home, not a vacation rental. The views are fantastic. This home is so comfortable. The owner is so kind. We will definitely be back for another vacation in Folly Beach.

The most beautiful sunsets!

Sitting between the marsh and the beach, out every window, from every porch, the views are to die for. It was living in an oil painting. Beautiful spot in Folly Beach!

Awesome location - w/ amazing views of the marsh [and sunsets] on one side and the ocean on the other! Just steps to the beach w/ easy access... Located on quieter end of Folly Beach - PERFECT! Great views of Marsh

Coasting was a lovely home right on the marsh and across the street from the beach with easy access. It was quite comfortable with a lived-in feel. Since we had our dog, we wished there had been more area to walk him since there are restrictions on the times a dog can be on the beach. We also love to cook, so some improvements to the kitchen and utensils would be appreciated. All in all it was a lovely visit.

Great spot for beach lovers

A perfect home for a wonderful vacation. The house is just across and one house down from the wash out. Gorgeous sunset views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The home is fully equipped with anything you will need. Bring your own beach chairs or get them at Walmart, only 15 minutes away. Stay here you will love it!

All of my guests are v"ery happy at "Coasting at 1566". It is a great experience for them to rent a home, that is actually a home, and not just a house with some rooms at the beacch. I challenge anyone not to fall in love with my house.

I'm glad my guests like my house. As far as the lighting in the living room is concerned, there are 3 lamps, and two canned lights in the ceiling over the fireplace. I have never had a complaint concerning the lighting, in fact, I've never had many complaints at all. Everyone seems to like the house very much. To my last guest, I'm sorry that the lighting was not adequate. I will see about putting a few more cans in the ceiling.

Great House

Loved this house. Host was a pleasure to deal with. The house and some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but that is not something that matters to me. The house was very clean and well kept. I loved staying on the marsh side and was able to launch a kayak at high tide from the back yard. It is a very short walk to the beach.

I realize that some of the furniture is dated, but the furniture is nice, and has been in my family for many generations. It makes me very happy when my guests enjoy my house.

Amazing location on Folly

We have stayed many locations on Folly and surrounding area but this was by far our favorite. In short, it truly felt like a home, not some sterile rent-a-box. From the amazing views front and back, dozens of unique art, and beautiful plants everywhere, the house was amazing. Very short walk to beach, unobstructed ocean views, and sunsets NOT to be believed. Truly a little piece of heaven. We certainly look forward to returning in the future.

My house was my permanent home for years. I started making it available a few years ago. It is much different than just a sterile rental house. It is a home, it is my home, with all of my artwork, plants, and personal touches that go along with a home. I like it so much when my guests enjoy my house.

We felt so at home!

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home! So comfortable, so cozy. Great views of the ocean from the front porches and gorgeous sunsets over the marsh in the back of the house. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Wonderful place for kids. We would definitely come back. The owner is very prompt in communicating with you and is very easy to work with. We highly recommend this very special place.
