About this property

Awesome ocean front condo in the heart of Mission Beach!

Sunset Sands is a lovely two bedroom one bath condo located on the third floor right on the ocean front directly on beautiful Mission Beach in San Diego. This cozy and upscale condo is great for all. A private balcony and most rooms have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. Comfortably furnished and fully stocked this condo sleeps up to 6 and has everything you need. The owners continue to improve and upgrade during their stays. This year (2023), they've put in a brand cabnitry in the master bedroom, a ceiling fan and a new window. They've also put a really nice screen door so you can have a wonderful crossbreeze off the ocean. New photos to come soon. The newest features they've added are an electric fireplace in the living room and a portable A/C unit in the master bedroom. Another cool feature is the end table that has USB connector capability for your cell phones, lap top computers and more. An HD TV in the living room and master bedroom. Also provided along with a stereo system, games, puzzles, magazines, and books. The kitchen is beautiful with quartz counter tops, and new track lighting at the breakfast bar and dining area. Also stocked with all the items you need to cook, like a crock pot, George Foreman grill, and electric griddle, emersion blender, and a blender to make your favorite drinks, coffee maker, toaster, and all. This will make your home away from home all that much more comfortable and enjoyable.

The master bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two twins, however we do have the equipmwnent to turn them into a king size bed so if that's something you would like, please let us know at time of reservation so we can prepare it for you! There is a sink in between the twin bedroom and hallway. Also, for extra sleeping, there is a deluxe air mattress to sleep up to 6.
