Atlantis Villas is located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach at 817 South Ocean Boulevard. This unit is on the south end of the complex and has beautiful views from the 3rd and 4th floor. This unit also offers balcony views of the ocean drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Watch the beautiful Carolina sunrises and sunsets from the balconies. Atlantis 205 also offers two king rooms that have jacuzzi tubs. Room to sleep 16 guests this unit is great for a group of golfers, families, church retreats, or even that perfect beach event you have been planning.

All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

The unit provided plenty of space for family vacation. The unit wasn't set up as requested (all beds being made up as kings) but we were able to make it work especially with some family not being able to make it so we had one bedroom upstairs that wasn't used.The unit has plenty of items to use if you desire to cook at home. We only made breakfast and coffee every morning.The unit could use some work. Several parts of the walls were scrapped, scratched, cracked, and so on. You can definitely see in some areas where they try to put a quick bandaid on something before the next guest arrive. Toilet seats are lose, shower doors wobble, sink drains broken off, some doors don't shut due to they don't align, dry wall tape sagging, sliding doors are a pain to shut for the balcony's, kitchen counters wobbly, and so much more.If they renovated this place it would be amazing. It's in a great spot right on the beach. I would come back if corrective maintenance is completed. Also reached out to the host about parking passes and we still never received them.

Perfect family vacation spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this huge condo. It was clean and had plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 children under 5 years old. Having 2 floors was great for privacy and nap time. Balconies were large with great furniture. We will be staying there again!

Awesome place

This place was so spacious, we had 12 people and never felt like we were on top of each other. Place was very clean upon arrival. Location was perfect. Plenty of options near for groceries or drug stores. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. We are thinking of staying again next year.

Golf Trip

We had 10 men on a golf trip and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room inside and out. Great location to play multiple golf courses. The room was clean and check in was very easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Atlantis 205! The place was spacious, well stocked, and a great place to host out Thanksgiving beach trip. Communication with management was fantastic, and they were quick to address our needs.

Retreat

This place was great. We were there for a retreat. It is very spacious and the view of the water was very relaxing. I recommend this place if you have a large group. We were all able to sit at one table for discussions.

The location was tremendous, easy access to the beach and pool. The property was dirty, mold on the stairway ceiling, toilet seat was broken, shower door was broken, The kitchen floor was salty and slippery. Kitchen island was greasy.

Disappointing

Disappointed in multiple sagging mattresses, not true King size beds, rather two twins pushed together and labeled as a king. Difficult when your family members are TALL.Property needs attention and updating.Small shower heads, uncomfortable seating, wobbly fans, ceiling register vents/air returns loosely hanging...Would not recommend for the money

Nice clean property but needs maintenance

Property was clean and in perfect location but needs some maintenance/upkeep. Our family enjoyed the beach and pool all week and we chose this place because of its location and close proximity to everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer!

Excellent stay and great communication with owner/property manager

Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked in the kitchen. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed the convenient and safe location. The owner offered to be flexible with me during the COVID mess. Communication With the property management firm was outstanding! Information was provided via email and text at the right times. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again when visiting the area.

Great place for the price!

We rented this property last minute (because a hurricane ruined our original plans). We were worried about the kind of property we would get for the price, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and right on the beach. There was a hot tub and a pool we could head down to and the property had its own walkway down to the beach. Plenty of sleeping places and there’s a separate fridge and freezer. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but that’s pretty much been a thing at every beach house where we’ve stayed.

Ocean Getaway

The ocean view and sounds from the balcony were sooo relaxing! Elevator access and arrangement of living space were convenient and helpful. Better lighting would have been appreciated in master bedroom (one lamp and very dim overhead ceiling fan). The upstairs pool table was a source of great enjoyment for some of our party.

The kitchen was well stocked. It was spacious enough for 11 of us. The unit is in need of repair. There are cracked tiles in front of the refrigerator and freezer. The pool was rather dirty.

Wonderful Family reunion Vacation Spot

There were 17 of us, ranging from 60’s to 2 yr old. We selected this unit based on kitchen and bedroom set up. This unit can provide each of the 6 bedrooms with a King bed (swing Kings in 4 of the rooms). When we arrived two of the bedrooms were not made as swing Kings but our children put the twins together themselves and we did not call to have this done. Fun was had by all. And we will look into staying at the Atlantis again but our family is still growing and we will need more than 6 bedrooms and we will need to more to another location.
