New 7 person hot Tub, Washer Dryer, Internet, New furniture in November 2018

Spent a wonderful weekend with family and grandchildren, I couldn't say enough about this home. It met all our expectations and then some. Just a peaceful surrounding, to spend quality time with family, had a little problem with the dvd player and the owner was right there with a new one. Thank you Amos for a wonderful weekend we really enjoyed it all. The hot tub was awesome. Would love to return someday soon.

The property and house again were quite inpressive, however, no tv in the great room and the only tv in the house is in a dark room with a projector tv, hard to operate and takes forever to change channels, the internet didn’t work the last two daysbecause of the rain and wind and the satellite dish is mounted to the house behind overgrown shrubbery blocking the signal. upon arrival the house was hot great room no a/c fully bathed in sun, took forever to cool off each day, no shades to bloc the sun, however the view was beautiful but couldn’t enjoy d/t the temperature. He does however have a couple of noisy fans to blow the hot air around. Isolated and no shopping within a 30 min drive each way.many flies in the kitchen had to fly swat daily, must have killed at least 10 huge black spiders a day. Should be so much better for the price, if your renting to go to Cooperstown it’s 35 min each way but basically the only attraction besides Howe caverns, but bored stiff in the house itself. Just my opinion, not for everyone. Sorry Amos

A real treat ~ spacious, accessible, with vast views of this beautiful landscape adjacent to Cooperstown, NY area. My family enjoys Glimmerglass Opera Festival each year. This family & pet friendly VRBO a delightful place (& one of our favorites)

The house is stunning and the view is breathtaking! A short ride to Cooperstown with the peace and quiet of a large, comfortable home. Definitely would recommend for families visiting the area.

The owners were very nice & had the property very clean & well stocked with linens & toiletries. We were very pleased & had plenty of room for two families. The huge yard allowed us to host family & friends & a team party as we rented the property for our sons trip to Cooperstown dreams park. The sunrises & sunsets were majestic. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, barbeque grill, & volleyball net. The house is 35 minutes from the ball park. We hope to return to this property in the future, we honestly never wanted to leave.
